Nige & Austin, many thanks for the replies. I've never visted Thailand, but I did live in Asia a few years back and Thailand looks a lot nicer than some places I've visited in Asia. The thought of walking along the beach everyday without having to get up early for the market open sounds like heaven as does the Thai language after the nightmare of Chinese characters. A bit of success here and at ECO and perhaps I'll take an extended trip.
