So it would seem as of Wednesday both rigs used to drill Hammerhead 2 and 3 are now assigned to other tasks. This may be why the SP price started to firm up on Wednesday as the market expects Hammerhead drilling results to be released imminently. GLALTH

Based on the Exxon/Hess figure of $8/BOE for in ground reserves on Stabroek I get a total unrisked figure for the 15 targets on Orinduik of over 2000p per share for ECO. I'm sure 25% of that is more than feasible. Huge upside from these levels and with the high COS and funds for eight bites of the cherry the downside looks minimal. GLALTH

I have plotted them against the boundaries of the Orinduik licence and the locations of Hammerhead 1, 2, and 3. The survey covers a huge area, including a large chunk of Orinduik where Hammerhead and the underlying targets are located.

If they are surveying on our block updip of the Hammerhead wells this is potentially very significant. The underlying target here is one of the largest targets on our block. Both Hammerhead and the underlying target straddle both blocks although the deeper target is primarily on Orinduik.

Surveying on our licence suggests the pending Hammerhead results point to a firming up of resource potential in this area and indicate Exxon is coordinating with Orinduik partners regarding this potential. Very much looking forward to Hammerhead results now.

Also he stated in yesterday's interview that TLW's Kanuku block well is being drilled in parallel, which means they must be using a different rig so our rig will be staying on Orinduik. Also the MYRAD notice for ECO's drilling campaign runs almost to year end and covers almost the entire licence including Hammeread. I short, I am almost certain that TLW, Total and ECO will be drilling far more than two wells on Orinduik before this campaign is over.

Nonsense. Hammerhead results will be excellent. This is just bigger fry continuing to derisk IMO and a few unskilled PI panicing having having missed the boat to derisk in the 90s or having bought too high up in the first place. Selling now is very risky IMO as previous pullbacks over the last 2 years all ended with sudden and sharp rallies with no chance of buying in any quantity whatsoever until the SP was very much higher.
