I saw on another forum the directors are locked out from buying at present (don't know how factual that was though) so their hands are tied on that front I believe...... although I'm sure the greedy gits would be filling their boots otherwise with the profits they made from their recent sells

Down 4% in 30 mins of trading, this is still looking like a falling knife to me. Morally may not be the best, but i think it could have financial merits.... if the share price ever stops free falling! Its looking like a panic fire sale at the minute

Sorry my mistake that mortgage news was yesterday! Not sure what's affecting all builders today, unless it's a hangover from that mortgage news - capita shouldn't be affecting the likes of Taylor Wimpey etc.

just to be honest here - im NO chartist by any means! 5 day gradient still looks to linear for me to be tempted yet though, ill wait until I see some form of rebound I think. The number of fairly big institutions buying in and the short levels dropping gives me some confidence long term though.

I've seen articles indicating the Aberdeen bypass works may not complete in May as intended but may shift to summer as a consequence of CLLN. to be expected I suppose but it won't help sentiment here. The sooner that monkey is off our back the better, good grief! Does that effect the 40m hit, or is that 40m as a consequence of the shift in timeline..... no idea, I hope the former.

looks like Oppenheimer Funds binned 1% last Wednesday which coincided with the start of the free fall

Not very, especially with a tight spread..... TBH even with a wide spread on some AIM shares it's still suspect
