like I say Total, I understand why they did it and I cant really have too much beef with them as like you say we ended up with 100% ownership.............however I really don't want to see any more of it! From now on any growth should be funded from profits, not dishing out shares in my opinion

Isn't that a bit much? Historically the HSBC share has been a total of 0.51dollar per share, equating to 4p per share total / year at 1.29pound / dollar. Isnt it more likely to be 0.1dollar / share for each interim other than the fourth which is 0.21 dollar / share..... unless they are hiking up the divi due to exceptional results? 0.1 dollar/ share is roughly 0.8p per share...... although I would LOVE 8p per share each interim :-D

Looks like dumper dude is still going then. Did we discount Biopalm as being the offender? "IF" it ever turns out to be them, I for one would like to see some petitioning of the BOD to cease paying people in shares, or at least some kind of contractual agreement limiting sale volumes........that said I understand why they did it, but it seriously pins back the SP if it is biopalm..........whoever it is seems to have an infinite supply of shares lol

I'd agree about the single divi payment, I'd much rather see the excess profits (if there are any) invested in to further growth to give us even more profits further down the line. So far the BOD has been excellent at this.

They have declared a minimum of a single payment, but there was mention in the same RNS about potential for special dividends also, there is conjecture on this BB that due to the profits we are expecting we "could" see a secondary special payment also. But its pure conjecture until we see the final results in early May.

typically the second I post, and we get a drop to 13.2p hahaha....good call rugs, your crystal ball is working today! Im still "hopeful" for this to stay stable crica 13.5p +/- 0.5p until the next RNS. Fingers crossed

not really one for charts per se, however the 1 month chart here still looks like a long drawn out attack at 14p. finger crossed this keeps up until the next RNS

Totalnew, I would actually describe this as a high trade environment at the moment here - I know the numbers are low compared to FTSE or even maybe other AIM shares, but having been here a couple of years on and off, the majority of the time were sat around with only 2-3 trades a DAY! Comparatively speaking since the recent trade updates this is busy lol ;o)

Got my formal options through today for anyone that's waiting for them.

i have a very close eye on it and if things start to look ropey ill pull the trigger. As for now im well in the gravy so have a bit of leeway. As far as im aware there are no forecasted financials until August so it has a good few months of stability in my opinion. But as ever each to their own, GLA

Thanks Casapinos, personally I'm opting for the 75p shares and hoping to go looooooong on these until the dividend recovers. But I'll play it by ear.

any thoughts on the divi smillingyellowvan? My understanding from press release when the dilution was announced was they were culling it until the company improves its balance sheet? But it was never clearly stated if it was a total removal of divi for the time being, or even if it was actually getting reduced? Assuming it returns to its 2016 pay out at some point i'm sat on a 8.8% divi!

spoke to my broker who said the written offer of discounted shares was coming my way and will arrive today.... V happy with that, with my top up today got an average of 117p incl discounted shares.

well I topped up today on the dilution dip.....just still waiting for my offer to take up the discounted shares.

Mays just announced a general election. who knows what if any impact this will have in the markets (even in AIM)

it seems to me we are settling out about 13.5 -14p based on the Q1 results. AIM shares are driven by RNS, so the upcoming RNS will determine where this goes from here.........I "think" full year accounts are up next - with hopefully the ex dividend date announcement (?), which should be due anytime. Hopefully that takes us up the next rung. what happened to the RSPO accreditation? we were tentatively hoping for that early 2017

sizeable purchases being made at max asking price too, looks promising.
