ive said before I personally think they have overbaked that 98 mill, they haven't finished the projects yet so cant reduce the estimate.......once the projects are finished and they are 100% they will let us know properly. Other than that it looks good! .........Question is how much will it gap up at the open, and whether I can get my 25% back in ;o)

Good luck tomorrow peeps! I confess I just sold 25% of my holding at break even as Carrillion has spooked me slightly. Hopefully the 97 mill already baked in was over cooked and we rise tomorrow.

My current average is 1280p, so I'm under water here... but I'm pretty relaxed. Fingers crossed for the bounce, if not ill keep averaging down and taking the dividend. Bounced off 1180p again. Dang

Anyone like to hazard a guess when the Q2 numbers will be out? Based on the previous RNS this year I'm guessing they will be later than equivalent date last year.

Looks like 1180p is being tested again - same old bounce off, or break through? I've held back from topping up any further, just to mitigate the risk this falls post update... fingers crossed it doesn't though and bounces back to +1650p :)

Rugs we're in the same boat (well I'm 11.6p, ignoring profits I've made here in the past). I'm always a greedy bottom feeder though, so I'll probably hold off until the 10's to average down ..... if it doesn't get there an bounces then great, if it does I'm Averaging down and increasing the yield of my current and future dividends. All good!!

crikey its quiet on this forum!! Uncertain, I wouldn't get too excited, its been chattering between 1045 and 1075 for about a month now - yes there was a slight downward trending the other day, but only about 0.5% from its usual range. Seems to have perked up again since the Persimmon announcement today that the general election had no impact on house sales. My guess is were stuck in this range until the trading update is RNS'd. Regarding the Grenfeld tower block, Galliford had no association with that as far as I know - and ive not seen any evidence yet its associated with any of the other clad tower blocks which failed fire tests?

I "think" Dibs cashed out a while back, sorry to see him go if he did. At the end of the day, while his prediction didn't come to fruition, most of us here believe this is worth over 20p, and every broker who's chipped I their two penneth worth also thinks that. ...... whether the PI's or other II's believe it is another matter. Looking at the 12 month curve this share moves in cycles, just happens this is a lower part of a cycle..... that said it really shouldn't have dipped below 12.5-13p, which tells me personally this is over cooked and a great time to buy

I've been with a few AIM shares over the past few years, all of them seem to move on our extensive thing only.... RNS, after that they seem to relax, a lot of them by quite a lot. DKL has been guilty of losing a lot of its gains post RNS in the past, and indeed i made good profits from cashing out post RNS...but I genuinely thought now it's turning profit and hence divi that would be damped out. Well not so far it hasn't. That said, my previous post still stands.... I'm happy now to sit back, let the profits rise along with the divi, and carry on bottom feeding whenever the SP drops back. Anything sub 12p and you're almost guaranteed to profit even if it's just on the bumps

Even if they wanted to they probably wouldn't have the spare funds, what with the outgoings of dividends and expansions to deal with.

Although the trades at 12.025p etc are "potential" sells I guess.

I bought in this morning at 11.9p, since then all trades have been above 12p, my guess is all trades today have been buys even though some are noted as sells.

screw it - ive topped up. Unbelievably for me ive averaged UP, I never do that. However, as this is now paying dividends, and ive a pretty low average, and historically this is near the SP lows. I can sit tight and keep taking cream. Although its only a 1.4% payer at the moment, profits look like increasing annually, and I expect this divi to be equal to circa 5% a few years down the line at this SP. will it ever see 20p+? Not sure, maybe - but if it doesnt, and im in even slight profit on the SP and seeing an annual return of 5% on divi down the line, that's enough for me.

JK typically your broker will ask you to elect which variant you want to proceed with. Normally I select a predetermined bias for a dividend like yourself, however every time there is a new dividend (eg company I've invested in) Im expected to declare my intentions.... I expect you will be given a choice post ex divi day by your broker

I agree FK. I've expressed my concerns about growth by acquisition before so I won't bleet on about it further, but if anything this nordpalm stuff hanging in the background seems to have "potentially" created negative sentiment..... or it may just be post RNS profit taking. Difficult to be sure..... either way I agree they need to knuckle down to maximising productivity on what they do own rather than what they may own.

Frustrating repeated profit taking at 1180p which is hemming us in. Hopefully they clear off soon
