News by the end of May. That will have given the board 6 months to resolve their foolish comments that have led to this all time low. We are due to post results in the next 6 weeks, it’ll make interesting reading that’s for sure. An all time low and no sign of a bounce. Maybe GR should think of investing his cash to bring faith and stability to this share.

Prem needs to come good at some stage. This is becoming a farce with the lack of news and intent by the board. They have put us in this position of, if, buts, possibles and maybes. There has been no clear leadership in this share in a year. We have seen new lows since a peak of over 1p in July and with the 2 dilutions since those days seem long off. The assets are there on paper but at present I don’t see them coming to fruition this year. For those thinking of investing I’ll give the same advice. Save your money until you start to see some positive news. I’m down close to £40k in this so I know exactly what I’m talking about before the usually crap is spoken when sound advice is given

He doesn’t have the shares to dilute again, well not at these prices. If he does sell as this is only going one way

GR is keeping the shares as it is his mate who owns the company. It was discussed at the time of purchase on this board that he bought the shares to give his mate some working capital. We should never be invested in Casa the same way we should never have invested in TCT until are own projects had come to fruition. It’s as simple as this for PREM, we need cash and we need it ASAP. It will either have to come from an outside partner or another deal with darwin or selling an assets as we can’t issue anymore shares thankfully. Everyone now would like to see a JV but I believe he will go down the route of Darwin again unfortunately

Why wouldn’t you short with this share? The smart option looking at its history is to. It’s really the only way to make money on this share. I’ve seen the peaks which are quickly followed by dilution or entering into a chronic finance deal. The only saving grace we have is now we have no more shares to be issued. If and it is a big if, news comes I think we see .4. I think we will need a miracle to see 1p again unfortunately

Circum?? Seriously?? Yea I can tell you the timeframe...they’ve been talking about this golden goose for 4 years and appointed someone to sell it now 2 years ago and guess what?? We are still waiting...

I don’t think we will see a JV, if you had any sense you’d offer .3 for a takeover. Shares are a plenty in this company and there are plenty of sellers. We are at an all time low so if you think the assets are there just buy a chunk in the company and it’ll save you in the long term. An RNS needs to be released informing us of the future of the company and its intentions in the next quarter. The first quarter and by the looks of things the second quarter are going to be a write off. The market would also benefit from some news of GRs intention. If it doesn’t get it we will see .1 soon enough

Sorry do you think .65 is a high average?? This share can easily by pass 1p again. What we need is a clear plan and for it to be followed through, not the constant lies we have been told. We should’ve heard something by now about RHA or Zulu. Actually we haven’t heard any positive news since July and that was followed by dilution. This company is being run into the ground by poor decisions and key times. We are all going to lose a lot of money here unfortunately

There’s a couple of questions I have. RHA is meant to be fully funded until November this year, why would we need to raise further funding for it?? We have a ceiling re the shares and if there is further dilution we would need a vote. What we need is news on Zulu. We need to know where we are with it? JV or further drilling required? We are at a stage that the well is dry and he will have to deliver something or we are watching this company in its death throes.

Sure we saw a rise similar to this after the last dilution. We went up 10% 2 days in a row to bring us about .22 this was even after dilution was announced at .16. AIM is random. I don’t see anything positive in it. What we need to see is positive news from anywhere preferable RHA being profitable and I think we would see pre early January days of around .37-0.4

Does this company not just fold and put us out of our misery. This share will be down to 0.05p soon enough. Misinformation from the board throughout and they have to answer

Give these shares away. The board my hope they win the lottery to get this company going again. Actually no need to win the lottery they already have with all our money! This share had so much potentia and at one stage it looked like we would find oil somewhere but unfortunately the oil place the board found oil was on their olives.

So we have increased our stake in a hole that has no oil and it hasn't cost us a bean. No surprise the share price hasn't shot up. I hope we have something else
