Strongman you keep attacking people who you believe have given poor advice. I will re-tell my story. I bought this at 3.3p, yes that’s correct 3.3p. In the years and yes again, years I have been here I have seen this share drop to new lows year on year through mis management. Please don’t harp on about how we have moved from a record low to .17p as something we should rejoice about. Let’s talk about history now. This share has had these assets for a number of years. Yes they have proved them to a better level, but we have had to dilute this share constantly to do this. Let’s talk were we are now. RHA has had £20m thrown at it and is still not in production! We have Zulu, which we will need money to develop and about 4% of Circum. Now for the future. If ownership of RHA is resolved, we have funding to December (see I remembered, thanks previous poster) so dilution/JV/loan WILL need to happen before we see any profit from it. Circum is allegedly being sold next January and Zulu should have a JV, so at the moment things are looking good. My parting piece will be this, we have been here before. We have been told that RHA will be in production and profitable, that circum sale is only round the corner and that Zulu is the world class but yet we are at these lows. So you’ll have to forgive us LTH who are approximately 85-90% down on there investment and warn other investors about the perils of this company. If you got in at .11 things are looking fantastic for you, but for those who invested at 3.5, 2s 1s or even .5, things are still not looking rosy yet. We are all here to make money and as one poster said, no one forced you to buy it, but it’s hard to let go with you’re tens of thousands down.

Well he’s stated that he only has the cash for RHA until November...so either he sorts a JV out very quickly or a placing at .18 I reckon if we get news. You know how GR likes a placing after an RNS

Is simply a disaster. This was meant to be in production last year and fund the company to explore Zulu. A year later we have no production, no ownership clarity and the long term feasibility is doubtful. Even when production does begin we are going to need significant funding as I have my doubts re JV. If KDNC was the most serious and viable offer then we are in trouble! Funding will need to be raised through further dilution at these low prices which is crazy. No shareholder value in 4 years...this share is a dog

I can understand your viewpoint, but in the last few months this SP has halved! What you have stated has been stated before and I for one believed that the SP would eventually turn around, hence why I remained and saw my investment continually go down. I hope for your sake it does go up and you can happy say, ‘I told you so’, but on past form I don’t see it happening. The only thing that will save this share is the sale of circum and that money being wisely reinvested. If the sale was immenient I would see no need for a JV in Zulu as we would be cash rich. The sale of Circum is meant to be done by January 2019, if we are still on schedule for that I would hold off and mothball everything. We need some clarity on all our assets at present. The situation on RHA has been rumbling on for 10 months now. I understand some things are out of the CEO control, but we were meant to have clarity in September now mid October has arrived and still nothing. Even if we do own 90% it needs further funding. So do we dilute at these prices, go for outside investment or a loan??

Strongman how can you still make a case for this share? When I bought in this share was valued at 3.5p!!! It is now .12, even in your rose tainted glasses you have to see that is a dramatic fall. In relation to the GR bashing, he is the CEO, he made the decisions to bring Darwin in on at least 3 occasions which killed the momentum in this share. He purchased more shares in Circum with money we didn’t have and signed an even worse financial deal which again killed momentum. He purchased TCT which he sold at a lose. He has diluted this share to current levels which is currently neat an all time low. This isn’t the market realigning itself, this is the market saying that it has NO faith in GR either. GR has not fulfilled one thing in the 4 years I’ve been here, sorry I lie, he said he would bit TCT and he has. He has failed to bring RHA to production, failed in the exploration of Zulu and failed in the sale of Circum which he said would be don’t by now. The market has no faith in this share. Even if he delivers on RHA ownership, the SP will bounce and dilution will follow the next day. If GR wants shareholder/market faith, he needs to deliver

Doire has been in this share nearly as long as me and I can vouch for him. Like all of us LTH he has seen nothing but misleading information by GR and continuous poor and sometimes bizarre decision making. Like at LTH we have seen our investment shtick. Currently my near £40k is worth £5k. GR has promised us a profitable mine...£20m later he doesn’t even deliver that A world class assest in Zulu, now he’s not to sure and cannot even find a partner to bail him out, even though he said he would not need one as RHA would find if....laughable now but that’s what he said Circum, the ever ongoing saga of this. We have plenty of shares in it, but I have my doubts we are any closer to this being sold So the long and short of it is that GR has lied or mislead shareholders with his RNS’s. If you doubt what I say go back 4 years and read the RNS’s and see what was promised and see what has been delivered. This SP has hit another all time low yesterday and still I see people saying, have faith. That faith is long gone.

Let’s hope some of it’s positive for a change instead of the recent bad run we’ve been having

That was said when the SP was at .7, .5, .3, .2 and now at .12. The risk is enormous at the moment in this share. We are on the edge of this share collapsing or limping along. Funding is going to be needed so dilution is coming make no mistake about that. At the current level it will be at .09 to get abotone interested. If you want cheap shares hold off to November when the money runs out and you’ll have a good Christmas making your 10-15%

Let’s look at the simple facts RHA will not be profitable as it stands so will need further funds. The board will increase the shares in issue Zulu needs a JV, at the moment no one is going to be interested no matter what GR has stated previously. He said RHA was a monster and now look at it. I think we can have our doubts about the size of Zulu. Also remember at the start of the year he was talking of separating Zulu from Prem. I can still see this happening. Circum is after 3.5 years finally being sold we are told. No set timescale. The jam today, honey tomorrow. GR’s favourite tactic And finally today we have set a new record low SP for Prem. This share is in a mess a total and under mess. The shareholders have been taken to the cleaners. We should’ve knew better 2 years ago when accounts were not filed on time and the RNSs were nothing short of misleading. Fair dues to the action group, all they are doing is asking the board to be accountable, nothing more. The situation we are in is nothing short of fustrating and everyone on here must be down (see record low SP). GR going is going to make little difference as he holds such sway with the company. I see no positives at the moment with this share. When this share hits .18 again I’m out with a princely lose of £28k. So good luck fellow investors I wish you luck and better times than I had

The old classic of jam tomorrow from GR in the interim results. Well played sir. Yet another RNS with no timescales, no promise of delivering but another, I’m working hard to deliver but it’ll be another year before you see anything. Frankly this has to stop. Him and the board need to be held accountable. The market does not like these time of RNS with no timeframe. We are just drifting. You can not read one definite conclusion from that RNS, just more what ifs. This is a shambles. They have been talking about drilling this shaft since last year. The open pit was meant to be operating by now to fund the deeper pit. I really can’t believe this RNS

Everyone who is invested in this share has the right to comment. I’m invested in here close to £40k with an average just over .7. If Circum is sold then this share will go beyond 1p and nearly everyone on here will be as happy as a sand boy, but as I’ve stated this carrot has been dangled a few to many times. We are expecting it to be sold after Xmas, that’s already been stated in a previous RNS and that’s the only way we are going to see a return to those heady days of 1p. At present we are still locked in potential and if nothing is sorted in the next few months then GR will be coming back to the ever decreasing well. I can list all off the issues that this company has had, but the main one happened July 2017 and we have never recovered as a share. Again positive news met with dilution, the share priced half over a couple of days. Confidence is what this share needs or blinding news, not with DD on Zulu going to take another 6 weeks after a JV has been found we are looking January realistically. So with that, we run into the issue of how to fund RHA as no one knows if it’s producing, never mind at what rate and the ownership has been clarified either. Founding through the last share issue ends December time, so what happens then? As for blaming the government on RHA, I think that’s to easy. They left control of it in the hands of Prem and it wasn’t producing the right amounts to make it profitable. Was stopping production the right thing, or could GR sense the change in policies and thought to can it until the politicial wind had changed or at least clarified? The market didn’t agree and list near half its value in one day. Now no one else made these decisions but GR and the board (I’m not even going into Darwin and then the funding of August 2017) not the shareholders, so I think everyone has the right to have doubts in the board, I certainly do. I hope you’re all correct re news and the potential massive increase in shareholder value, but I’ve been here long enough to have seen this all before and guess what? I’m still waiting....

I think everyone is becoming very frustrated by the way everything is being dealt with and no matter how the facts are presented, the buck stops with one person and that’s the man at the top. There is no doubt this company has been badly mismanaged. The financial decisions made are nothing short of questionable at best and the timings of the placements have halted momentum instantly. The last RNS re KDNC shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. It’s been the story of this company since ive invested a number of years ago when it was at 3.5p. A change needs to be made before the lithium boat sails and quick decisions need to be made. GR has brought us the assets but can’t deliver re production. It’s time for a change

Stable?? It’s down 17% as I write. I don’t see that being stable. To make it back to .2 it will need 25% rise at least. This is made for a 10%. We had more buys than sells comprehensively last week and hardly any movement up. Put this share in the drawer and only pull it out when you hear about Cirrcum finally being sold

Good old Prem, we can’t even pick a partner that sticks to a deadline! As I said before I was interested to see how KDNC would raise the funds and I agree that’s what the delay is over. The market won’t react well to another delay/another missed deadline so on a downward spiral. There is absolutely no confidence in this share and we can see that in the price.

I have just had a quick check on both boards to see how both companies and shareholders see how the companies are going to develop. Both don’t appear to be to hopeful of a turn round anytime soon and KNDC appear to be in the same situation as outselves. It’ll be interesting if this deal goes through as I am not to sure they will have the capital. I realise the £5m is being paid in stages, but still. Interesting boards to have a look at it if you get the chance, always good to see how are other partners are doing

If we get positive news this week and the deal gets signed off I think we will see just shy of .4 again. To boost is further we need clear information in relation to RHA and when/if producing. If we get it up and running and producing by October I think it will bring stability back to the share and the rollercoaster that is PREM may see some stability.
