Spare cash? That spare cash is a result of dilution last year that he couldn’t spend as a result of Covid. That money was meant to be for the never ending completion of RHA and the drilling of Zulu. I question this further dilution on the grounds that he’s already claimed he has the monies to do what he wanted to do with Zulu.

He gave the impression that JV were queued out the door waiting to swoop in and assist with the development of Zulu. Within a week ALL these JV were now not suitable? GR is an excellent magician, smoke and mirrors all the time.

I simply ask for timelines and what the money is to be spent on instead of the generalisation that GR is making. GR has raised funds for RHA and then bought shares in Circum and a limestone mine as well as shares in a gold company As shareholders we deserve to know

The placing hasn’t been priced in and don’t believe anyone who tells you. They are adding 5 billion shares not a few million. They’ll take the average price over the last few weeks which will be about were we are sitting, then add 5 billion shares thus diluting your holding and the share value. On the news at what date they will be added to the ever growing number of shares I expect this to drop by 20-30% (this is judging on the many many other dilutions that have taken place previously)

I think it’s time shareholders make a stand and vote No at the AGM.

This company has seen many dilutions and for what? GR has failed to deliver on anything. If he wishes to raise more funds then he can sell the shares that we have in Circum, which he diluted the company previously to buy, and sell those as it appears Circum is no further along than it was 7 years ago.

GR is diluting YOUR holding and what for? Do we not have other assets that can be sold to help fund the development of Zulu? Is RHA not a working plant that can assist with the funding when it is back producing? GR fails to deliver time after time and I can’t believe there’s support for further dilution without a clear plan of how the monies is to be spent. A general statement of developing of RHA is not suitable.

There are no facts or figures, there is no time line, not that GR would know how to keep it anyway.

Where is the $20m owed to us by the government? Why not ask for that sum instead of diluting us shareholders holding again?

There are many different ways to be raising finance rather than turning to us shareholders again, so vote NO at the AGM

I believe that’s the crap that was being spouted around March.

LTH being shouted down that it was coming and then quoting previous RNS that the money was there. LTH were said to be delusional, out of touch with the new GR and yet here we are.

LTH want to know where the previous funds have gone through the dilution of the share before agreeing to this. How is GR going about getting this $20m that is owed by the government. I remember seeing that he was confident of getting this, I think we’ve had a couple of payments and nowhere near the $20m owed.

I realise we have no choice to do this but GR has to be held accountable. He has to deliver or the Telegram group has to put pressure for his resignation as this charade has went on long enough

Just on how bad RNSs are, I kid you not that at one stage GR paid a company to write them.

With his usual mismanagement this SP has tanked and will continue to tank unless he actually brings something positive to the table.

This RNS was only released to actually prove he can deliver on a promise and nothing more. We should’ve been hearing about potential JV, not regurgitating the information we already know.

Let it drift back down to .1 and then buy back as that’s were it is certainly heading

Why wait whilst he raises funds. Get the stuff out of the ground, let’s face it he’s not getting an younger and start actually making money for us the shareholders rather than taking our money to find the company.

Snowking I think you’re missing the point re a lot of holders hatred against GR.

I have an average of .7 and that is with averaging down and hold about £40k worth of shares. I have seen this at one stage sit at 99% loss and the shares worth practically nothing. There are shareholders who are/were sitting in exactly the same position.

GR has made promises before. RHA would be up and running, we still don’t know if it is. This cost shareholders massive amounts of money through dilution and Darwin. We were promised the money back, $20m which was paid in local currency which is worthless.

GR had promised that Circum would be resolved or at least have a clearer idea of what was happening in 2016. In 2018 a company was appointed to find a buyer, its now 2021.

The thing about Zulu is that we always knew it was massive, we have known this for years too. GR has flirted on numerous occasions with partners, I believe at one stage it was agreed. We were to get their mining equipment and knowledge, next thing that was binned.

The issue with GR is that he promises a lot and delivers nothing and never has delivered on one of his projects. He bought TCT which actually lost us money again, so to comment on other shareholders opinions is insulting to those who have stuck with this company.

LTH finally thought this is our route out or say it quietly, make some money, but no GR pulls another from left field and decided to go it alone, with no proved track record of producing a working mine

At the end of the bloodbath it’s been a very disappointing week. GR had the chance to make it up to the LTH and did what he usually does and killed the SP. Should we have expected anything less? On past histories, no, bit you always hope that he would or should I say we, learnt from their mistakes but it seems not.

With the EPO granted I was expecting this company to move forward and I see it making the same mistakes as it always has. Someone mentioned jam tomorrow , yes it’s a GR trait, but I thought after last weeks interview not even GR could fu”k this up, but he has. He was meant to be replaced a couple of years ago, I’ll leave the dates up to others to say who and when, but it seems to have never happened tho I’m sure there’s an RNS on it.

Do I think there’s a future? Yes but not in RHA or Zulu it will be Circum that makes us the money as we as a company will have nothing to do with it. It will be sold by a competent company rather than GR and the board.

Good luck to all that have invested, hoping it was pre .20 as that’s where we are heading, I would consider selling out as this will never hit a penny again. I would reckon .5 to .7 at best unless someone does a JV.

GR and the board cannot and are not competent to produce a working mine, please RHA RNSs if you want to argue

I for one would like to see a JV, because no matter what anyone says we will need money to develop and it won’t be through a loan. The last load PREM took out the government paid us in confetti and I’ll argue with any one on this board to say the contrary.

I’ve been here a long time a very long time, I’ve seen the potential, the lows the false days the dreaded Darwin.

A few months ago people were discussing a holder who sadly past away who I believe was Piorot who lost a lot of money, don’t be the same.

Special mention to Finnharp who has been here nearly as long as me and really speaks. Personally I like Acker who’s been here a bit along with Snowking always hopefully , let’s hope that HOPE is rewarded

GR was meant to be standing down 2 years ago and we are still waiting and funnily enough they said it would go on 50% on that RNS alone, it didn’t

Acker or Snowking may be able to fill you in why it didn’t happen as I gave up caring around that time

If you watched his interview last week you would’ve been v confident. Actually I was and I’ve been here tbh I don’t know how long but the share was 3.5p

Finally I thought I was going to make my money back and when £40k from that height and mucking about from that with the downs I consider it a miracle. But good old Roach suckered everyone in. At least people are only sitting at 50% losses from the spike so the majority of investors should still be up as we haven’t these heights in 2 years

The RNS should’ve stated that he was working through the offers and that at the end of the month he would make an announcement at the end of the month. This would have shored up the SP and brought stability to it.

He provided an interview stating that he had multiple offers and within 7 days he’s decided to go alone? GR has produced a nine it took $10s of millions and multiple dilutions for the mine to shut, then reopen, then close again.

If you want to see what happens scan down the RNS and look for anything that mentions Darwin and you will see what will happen as we can only go on his previous form

The market did not like the RNS, if it did it wouldn’t have dropped 20%

If the market or investors thought it was a good RNS it would’ve risen by 20%

So go figure

An EGM will be held like it always happens and it will pass to raise the ceiling for further dilution. I would expect to hear an announcement on this at the end of the month with GRs path for Zulu
