Quickly followed by the fall backwards.

It’s like the seasons this share

I see mention of JV here again, we have been trying that for the last few years and nobody wants to do it

Still no news on the EPO 14 months after talk it had been agreed

More shares being issued so GR can buy more trinkets, unfortunately all that glitters is not gold.

Again we had a working mine for only a few months, I think in the last 4 years that it’s been operational we have had 4 months work out of it at a cost of $5m dollars pm

Where was the bounce once GR left as Chairman? Though he seems to still be making all the decisions

This share is going nowhere

Yea the EPO is about a year late now

As stated GR promises the lot in his RNS and has delivered until this date, exactly nothing. We have lithium in the ground, still waiting on it even though we’ve been mining it for years (admittedly we stopped for near 2)

We had lime and lumber to cut, sold that at a loss.

Circum, loads of gold, nothing happening there either.

MNH less said about that the better.

So when GR says there’s free gold we have to take it with a pinch of salt.

I think the market realised that GRs RNS’s are pure fantasy

So,

When is EPO being announced?

What about RHA, is it producing?

What about MNH, the thing we bought for over $1.5m which we didn’t have?

Just for a laugh, what about Circum?

So we are still waiting for any information on any of these things....a change in CEO hasn’t brought the desired affect.

Monies still owed, shares being dished out, Government promises ever changing...

And still no rise...

So what’s the next thing going to make the SP blast closer to the .5 target I’ve seen talked about since October last year??

John when it comes down to it I know the score you obviously don’t. I’ve seen your kind on this board before you’ll be here for a few months and disappear.

Trust me if that was the case I’d be sitting on a massive profit but I’m not. Good luck to you and let’s hope your chart reading leads you to wealth but please don’t call me liar which you clearly are

I am one of those guys who have been here 6-7 years and I can tell you that it’s never risen from .8 to 3.5 the biggest rise Prem has seen is 150% in a couple of days and that wasn’t the close of play SP I’ll add.

I’ve made various purchases of Prem and hold over £40k worth of it. I have bought in at 3.4p various times between 1-2p and also at .7p. The only time I could’ve made a profit in those times would’ve been when it hit 1p unfortunately I wasn’t monitoring the price on a daily basis so missed out on that opportunity

I don’t know if you’re a new investor or LTH but I’m pretty sure I must be one of the longest still here, so you can take my advice if you want the only way to make a profit on this share is. To daily trade. It used to follow a decent pattern about every 3 months it would go up by approximately 20% and then slide back down to its original or slightly lower SP and that’s where the money was to be made. Since mine average is a lot higher I’m not willing to trade so I’ll sit and wait and see how it plays out.

The only way I’ll see a good chunk of my money back is through Circum being sold so I’ll wait on that. What’s another few years at this rate

John just checked what you were talking about...that’s when the actually SP was 3.5p it hadn’t been diluted to were we are now.

I invested then and the talk was that Circum would push the SP to 5p! Can you imagine??

John...Is that when it actually hit 1p?? At that stage people had bought in at varies prices but as far as I remember it basically doubled in a day then 50% the following day hit 1p and then fell back to about .7 quite quickly.

I think Zulu findings made it rocket, 5 years later we are still waiting on the development of it.

Nobody disagrees re the potential of this company, the issue is that GR has not focused on our own resources but decided to continually to buy into other companies that are no further along than ourselves

He’s delivered billions of new shares on vanity projects and actually produced nothing in the 7 years I’ve been here. He’s brought the SP from 3.7 to 0.009 through these projects.

He’s promised many things, a working mine, Circum, exploration of Zulu and again delivered nothing

Always seems a surprise for him when the accounts are asked for...

The never ending jam tomorrow scenario

There’s absolutely no chance of us making a penny

Because I’m £40k down and I can leave the shares as they are in the hope that at some stage they make a miracle recovery

GR is still in control after promising for the last 3-4 years of telling us shareholders he was on the verge on standing down/being replaced

The companies that he has bought have added no value to Prem they have actually cost us a shed load of money and driven the SP down to new record lows

RHA still isn’t producing even though $20m has been invested in

Circum after being purchased 6-7 years ago has still not been sold. Yes we’ve been told for years that it’s going to happen soon, still waiting, but no wait it’s definitely this year (we can only hope but I have my doubts)

The EPO was mooted in October and so it’ll nearly be a year before it is signed off. Even for Africa that’s slow

What a disaster of a share. As for seeing .3 this side of Christmas I think that’s unlikely after the new shares will be issued to purchase god only knows what.

And we now have over $350k debt that frankly we can’t repay but can buy parts of companies for over $1m

Sorry if I’ve missed anything but I’m pretty sure what I’ve stated is accurate

No chance of it landing anytime soon
