I’ve recently read Moneyball and PREM shared some similarities with what Billy faced with his scouts.

The scouts believed that they could tell a future baseball players by look, speed, how they hit the ball etc the same way people on this board KNOW that news is coming SP is going to explode etc

Billy decided to go with the stats, how often did they get on base, pitch no hitters etc the same way the market looks at PREM, a CEO who has delivered little, made poor decisions, cost shareholders money

Basically what I’m saying is that posters can post what they want, but when it comes to this share the market knows best and at the moment it thinks it ain’t going anywhere

There is massive selling though and IF the RNS is big it would have leaked as there are no so many different parties involved in PREM

The SP will be down to .25 before .4

So here we are near the end of April and I don’t think one prediction by anyone has come true…some said we would be .6 others said .2

This, like every other year, was meant to be PREMs year and here we are not knowing very much. Others will argue we know lots, personally I don’t see anything more than we did last year.

So we now wait and wait some more, we are on tenterhooks for GRs podcasts ( we always know how they go) when will we see some reward for shareholders as there has been none, none at all.

Unless GR pulls a rabbit out of the hat in this podcast stating the mine has started, RHA is making shed loads of cash and finally the results of the assay results are finally in and are better than we are expecting I don’t see much movement, let’s hope I’m wrong

I don’t think we should build a mine as I don’t think it will ever happen with GR in charge, see the fiasco that is RHA.

I think it’s time to firm up Zulu and sell the company as a whole. I’ve read the posts from the start of the year and according to the majority of them we should be sitting at a minimum of .6 and now we are sinking below .3.

We’ve issued more shares, at a premium at .4 was good business but basically selling 13% of the company for £12m puts the value of PREM at around £72m. If this was the best offer on the table the market doesn’t think much of PREM.

I had said before I was surprised why, if Zulu is as good as suggested, that a Chinese company just didn’t buy PREM, maybe this is the beginning of it. At the moment 1p is a long way off and I can’t see it happening before someone just buys PREM outright

I will be very surprised to see this share get to a 1p, the company has sold itself already.

May, as some have said not a JV, but basically it is. Let’s wake up and realise that GR has sold more than a tenth of the company for buttons and should’ve taken on debt instead. Debt can always be repaid as the company expands and its value realised. GR has panicked and under valued the company. Such a shame as the resources are immense but poor management and decisions have resulted in where we are.

The biggest lithium mine in the world, possibly?

Invested in one of the biggest gold mines in the world?

And we are valued under 100m and SP is .34…laughable

This share will never be 1p unless there’s a takeover or a massive buy back. Further dilution, yes at a premium, but still further dilution.

The market has spoken and it doesn’t think much of this deal, only thing that is strange is the there’s been £500k more buys than sells and it’s still going down. It’ll end at .32 by the looks of things

So much for the .6 when a JV was being announced

So the 10s of millions provided by shareholders provided nothing but a company that has invested in PREM at 13.3m is the next coming?

The reason the SP hasn’t held is for that reason, investors trapped and taken advantage by GR when given an opening take it. This real is a dealers dream of a share and a LTH worst nightmare

That was received last night it’s a poor bounce. Basically it’s 10% lower than the placing price at .4 and that’ll definitely go down when the shares are issued in 13 days.

The SP jumping to .475 and not being able to hold around .40-.42 is worrying. Need flow will need to be steady now and it’ll need some great news to get this moving. If you purchased around .46 you’re 20% down within an hour

Disappointed but it is PREM so shouldn’t expect anything less

.387 to sell so the initially bounce is done by the looks of things

I’ve been here a long time and sold out at a £20k lose but but some more in it just to see how it goes.

So please don’t be condescending and tell me to let it drop. When you’ve been here when it was 3.5p I can pretty much say whatever I please

Down to .18? A possibility

If there isn’t a base to this drop then I can’t see why not. We’ve basically went from .34 to .28 in a couple of days with no base. It will probably sit anywhere between .2 to .24

People can bang on about the fundamentals all they want but if the market doesn’t fancy it or the news isn’t forthcoming then it’ll dictate to SP and it’ll only go down

That’s usually in relation to a JV.

Sorry maybe you’ve misunderstood my sentiment, if money is to be raised it’s as you stated (PREM has already did this with Darwin) or you give a discounted rate. With a share offer. People don’t give you money at the going rate

When it comes to PREM one thing I’m not is naive

If a placing happens of course it’s going to come at discount. That’s how you raise money!

And if a placing happens there will be no movement in this share until September again. We are slowly sliding back to the mid 20s basically what happened when the EPO was announced. There was talk of a Emmy a share then and nope we didn’t get there.

The JV will hopefully negate the need to ask for money as has been previously mentioned. Some sort of RNS is expected mid to late March so let’s see what happens.

As for this continuous talk of the price of lithium it means v little as it’s still
I’m the ground as I’ve stated before if it is so valuable you could easily by PREM for 100m so there has to be another reason the bids aren’t flying in. As for waiting for a mine to be developed, I wouldn’t be looking to GR to do that, see RHA

If it goes down so be it, if people like to ramp let them, one thing people don’t like is someone spouting and unfortunately you’re one of those.

Don’t worry about other people just worry about your own business, it will make a lot more people happier

I don’t think we should be under any illusion, PREM will be sold. They are not attractive business partners.

GR is not getting any younger and this is the final pay day.

A bit of common sense spoken at last.

If it settles around this price I think everyone should be happy. The was a dramatic deficient between buys and sells yesterday in the favour of sells so it’s no surprise to see the price fall as this continues. Once the buys outweigh the sells again and with high volume you should see it move up again

Why wouldn’t you sell Zulu? We don’t have a great track record of building a functional mine…see RHA

Sell it or the majority off it, give holders a well deserved dividend

None of these things are new…
