Technical analysis is of little bearing when a share price is making significant moves based on fundamentals. This share has rerated due to a series of fantastic developments, and thus the charts are of little relevance at this stage. Resistance is meaningless if we sign a new licencing deal or release positive results for the next cohort - either of which could occur in the next few weeks. At which stage you're either in or you're out.

Baffling when the price dwindles on such low volume - but there you go, its an AIM share (for now), and the price can move in mysterious ways.

By my reckoning we are within 2 weeks of an RNS regarding results from latest cohort for hRPC. Volume and price will be very different that day!

I think the ramp up to 20mtpa involves adapting the TBM launch/service shaft into another production shaft. I have also wondered about whether the announcement last September regarding tunnel width actually had anything to do with giving themselves scope to ultimately increase output. How realistic would it be to have another conveyor suspended below the first one? Would be nice if that was an option!

Just bought some more today on the basis that the price seems to have settled now, and it's somehow around the level we were at prior to the last update - which as we know, was absolutely fantastic.

Seems to be a lot of sells going through, and not huge amounts of buys - yet the price is going up. I wonder therefore if some large buys will be reported after hours?

Difficult to say really, however if cohorts 2, 3 and 4 are all in line with cohort 1, then the odds of this becoming a commercially viable product are high. Add in a few licencing agreements and it will light a fire under the share price.

Well CF isn't taking his allotment, so there's an extra 5 million or so to the open market for over subscribers.

I've elected to take my allotment and asked for around another 15000 shares - no idea if this will get filled or not though.

It's the CTX data that will be later due to fuson wanting to trial it in China. Anyway, point is, anybody selling because of that must be unbelievably short sighted and naive. The rns is littered with references to ongoing discussions about licencing deals and further partnerships etc, and we're due news on the 2nd cohort of hRPC in the next couple of weeks, which if positive, will see a significant rerating of share price, mark my words.

Doesn't it say in the prospectus that directors are buying in the region of 2.5m shares as part of their allocation from the OO? Don't know about CF specifically, but he could buy around 5m shares from his allocation, or around £900k worth, which is no small change tbf.

Think it was stated in the last results RNS that the results for the next cohort would be presented at a conference as well.

By my estimations the results for the next cohort should be last week of May, so if we are confirmed as presenting at a conference around that time, then expect an RNS on the morning of the conference. Nothing on showing on that events list RENE_to_40p posted just yet.

Someone has been selling 3000 share tranches for a few trading days now - been holding the price back I feel. Will be good when he/she/they clear off and this can start properly moving again.

Yeah agree with that, which is exactly why the Fosun partnership was so valuable. Not only does it provide validation for the technology, but also makes us capable of delivering products to market without the need for dilution or a cheap takeover (hopefully).

Not sure how much (if anything) we should read into that. There was another 'Total Voting Rights' RNS for Rene in November 2015, and no speculation of takeover or subsequent action at that time, as far as I'm aware. For reference, Sirius minerals have released 7 of these since 2017 and haven't been subject to a takeover by anyone.

I don't pretend to know what the purpose of the announcement is, but I'm not expecting to hear of any impending takeover as a result.

Pretty simple formula to get wrong! Share price multiplied by number of shares in issue. Done.

Yahoo are wrong. Don't know why they are showing that, but they are wrong.
