Somebody wants stock and they are willing to chase it up.

I am keeping mine till I know what is happening. I do not expect us to still be independent by this time next year ... question is how much will the acquirer willing to pay?

Can anyone explain the huge trades that seems to always be reported a day late over the last 2 weeks or so?
For example: Today is reported a trade for 22,000 shares, ( £148.5K), reported for the yesterday 16th of June. Based on the price at that time yesterday it is a BUY.

Next quarter ends on 30th June, so I expect the next quarterly update (H1 2021), to be about 15th July. They are usually fairly quick at releasing results so about 10-15 days after end of reporting period.

I just jumped aboard about a month ago, so I am not clued up with the management history.

It appears that Ryan Murphy, the COO has left SEE in the last few days after 3 yrs of service.

Any views, good or bad indicator? There has been quite a churn in senior management over the last few years. Does any LTH have a view on why this churn at senior management level? Is the churn a welcome change or unfortunate occurrence that we have to live with; any underlying issues within the management structure or process?

I know SEE is Australian Registered but does this not require an RNS and at least a 'thanks you for contributions' kind of statement?

I am not sure it is a roll over as the trades are for different quantities.
Anyway the amount of money being staked makes either trade interesting.

I am not sure what is happening behind the scene but some one just threw £800K at this share!

Whatever is happening behind the scene is someone is confident enough to throw close to £1M at it, it gives me confidence to hold on to my merger holding and see what transpires.

I have just been reviewing the specs for the F-150 and have to say that I am a bit disappointed.
Of the 3 trim levels on offer, (XLT , Lariat and Platinum), the Blue Cruise is only standard in the high end Platinum an Option in the Lariat and not even offered as an option for the XLT.
I imagine that most people will be buying the XLT.
So while we are all congratulating ourselves on how many units of Lightning is sold by Ford each year, I suppose we have to keep our feet on the ground with respect to how many actually have SEE technology imbedded.
Anyway, I would imagine that in the 3-5 years DMS will become standard in all cars instead of an option. Just kind of pushes out the my initial timelines when the gravy train will come in for us investors.

Too old for this discussion. but ..as an aside I have yet to see a CEO who does not expect their share price to be XX . Reality is the difference between expectation and feet on the ground. As for incentive plan, it is what it says >>to provide an incentive to management to perform.
The 2.2 strike price was at 5% premium to the share price at date of grant so not exactly e resounding endorsement nor earth shattering. Since your view is that this was set based on expectations, on that logic I would have expected it to be set at 8p if he expected the share price to be 10p in 2021. I am sure DP did not expect the share price to be 1.65 today, but it is.
Regards hiring, nothing to do with expectation but necessary structure that needs to be put in place as a result of the strategic direction that DP has outlined for the business. He needs people to qualify leads in the regions since he decided to with using local partners to generate leads.

Anyway not worth getting all fussed about, you are well within your rights to expect the share price to be 50p by year end.
Each of us have our reason and logic for investing. There are plenty of potential news but what can not be predicted is timing.

I think some people are getting carried away with their optimism which may lead to them being impatient.

With regards to DP waiting for 27th to announce something or pulling an announcement out of the bag when he wants, I am really not sure that is how it works. He may make some immaterial announcement whenever he wants , but listing rules demands that any material announcement has to be made as soon as practical once it becomes available.
Else it may lead to insider trading where those "in the know" will buy or sell shares prior to the announcement. And the company will be pulled up if there is evidence of unusual heavy share trading prior to an announcement. Not a good look if you are looking for any company looking to gain the trust of institutional investors.

EQT will do well but as a long term play. For those looking for double digit price by year end, prepare for to de disappointed , unless DP pulls a rabbit out of the bag. Based on current forecast, If everything goes to plan we will be EBITDA positive by year end, not profitable if you consider ITDA.
At 10p share price , assuming no new shares were issued this year, we will have a Market cap of over £780Million.
In which case our stay in the MSCI index will be a very short one because at that Market value we have well outgrown the index and will probably need to go into the mid Cap index. [ With that assumed growth trajectory, we will probably be in FTSE100 in 3 years!!.]
If people remain realistic they can sit back and enjoy the growth of their investment without much disappointment. DP is very keen for this company to succeed but he can only announce news when he has it. He depends on authorities giving planning permission, banks approving development funding, co-investors reviewing the plans and deciding that it is worth their while to invest. In other words 85% of the activities are not within DP control. He can only chase them up without being too pushy and loosing the potential partner.
For example if you read the 26th April minutes of North Fork Community Development Council meeting, you will find that the council is still trying to find $3-4 Mill for the project. DP may have assumed that this project would be complete this year but if the council can't get the money to complete the construction then there is nothing he can do.

Silly question but I keep loosing track.
Does anyone have a sort or list of Cars that we know are currently or scheduled to be released with SEE tech.
SEE as a company do not seem to want to announce these so I suppose it is up to investors to fret out these information.

Another question that may be covered by those better informed the me:
Any notion of the ball park figure of the revenue per car, if the vehicle was equipped with SEE technology. [It is great thinking hat we might ship 100,000 units a month, but if the income is $5 per car then it really just amounts to $500,000 which is not transformational.]

I do not quite think that you could list on MSCI just as you can't list on FTS100. In or out is not a choice that the company makes. If you meet the requirements of the Index then you get into the Index.

Plenty of people o a multi banger here and have been panicked by the drop to try and protect their gains.
Will be back once it stabilises and those PI that are currently sweating about losing the profit has cleared. No huge volume sale so nothing of concern behind the scene.

This company does not qualify for EIS. They have just come out of an intent to SELL process last year, as considered the price being offered did not reflect their valuation.

Personally I believe they will smash that, but BOOM likes to be conservative in their estimates.
Previous Revenue estimate was $37.5M of which they have already exceeded 95%.
Advertising inventory for Q3 was only released in April, so lets conservatively assume that they will book their FY21 forecast, ($37.5M), by end of the sale of Q3 inventory. This now leaves Q4 advertising inventory still be booked.
My estimation is closer to $50M revenue this year.

New Analyst upgrade to £9.35

With the growth rate, I would not be surprised if FY21 TO is about $50M.

Clearly BOOM is now out of the blocks, question is how long will others leave us alone before they make a move to acquire the company. The longer they wait the higher they will have to pay. Personally I would prefer if BOOM gets to at least £15 before they even consider a sale.

Will be disappointed if price is not way higher than £5 by end of year.
I am expecting big things from BOOM, especially if the next two quarters points to us being positive cash flow for this year.
