Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Well that's paid for the board's summer holidays, just a complete load of tosh, what was it back in May <br /><br />"Whilst the contract has been signed, it is awaiting an exchange of board approval letters before it becomes effective"<br /><br />The company has done nothing apart from the ferry which turned into an ****** disaster. Raises and raises just to cover yearly losses.
Yep capital trust has 24.9%, but they were buying at up to 790 so fair to say he's well underwater here
yep, spoof before the placing, fat cat board will be needing funds for those summer holidays
That's genius you should be the next Soros, i never knew it was that simple ):P
Can't believe people are still buying into the bullshit from fowler and co, if the contract is signed it will be legally binding, board approval what a load of ****** if there ever was a contract. Equity raise next pretty much nailed its like clockwork, dangle a carrot rinse and repeat Equity Raises May 16, July 16, Nov 16 CLN's, Feb 17, Sep 17, Jan 18, Jun/July 18????
sorry meant 0.017

it actually generated positive cash flow in the fourth quarter despite achieving only 50.8% recovery compared to the feasibility study target of over 90%, once they get the biox fully up to speed and with gold looking to carry it's bull run well I'll leave that to you to work out. You come back in a year you can buy my stock off me for 15p a share :)P
You do realise there was a placing in January for 18.4million with 180million shares issued, I would imagine some of the long term holders who may have seen their investment crash down to 10p over the past few years would be happy making some losses back and then you have the flippers.
yes but on the other hand if we hit close to 70/75% capacity this quarter the interest payable will be negligible when taken in context to the 17-18,000 ounces and with gold at 1300 it could easily be around $23mill or more per quarter. I have been in a little over two years with just over 2mill shares at average 4.3 I won't be selling a bean until we hit 15p and even then only to de-risk as the dividend payment down the line and potential resource upgrade are too appealing.
The problem is though until they actually do pay a dividend it's just going to remain a trader's share within its range, and you can do quite well, I was lucky enough to get in at 6.50 last year and sold just under 13, buy a month or so prior to results sell just before or after and repeat.
Too cheap for a company that mined £10million of gold last quarter, this will re-rate on next quarters results
Ding dong the witch is dead (well not dead but rejected) so the mining industry can breathe a sigh of relief
suggest you go back and re-read the rns "Prior to feeding predominantly oxide ore to the plant the BIOX® process had been performing well with throughput having been built up to around 70% of design. Once supplies of available sulphidic ore were exhausted, and oxide ores were the only available alternative the performance of the BIOX® circuit progressively deteriorated until it effectively passivated. Following the establishment of reliable sulphide feed to the process plant the bacteria are being re-activated with positive effect. It is expected that the circuit will take up to a further month to establish full activity in all of the processing tanks"
Price action and from the recent rns looks as though there is a placing coming
yep £4K difference between sells and buys and down they go, you couldn't make it up after all the millions of shares being transferred over the past weeks bought and sold sp doesn't budge
Get yourself on advfn mtl forum lots more info on there Aisc of $650 per ounce, correct on production figures, full ramp up should have been completed by now if not prior, just waiting on the golden rns, some hedges in place. There is speculation that the production numbers may have been purposefully underestimated and that the mill is capable of running at greater throughput but we will have to wait to see
There's the million dollar question, we know the company is producing gold, we know the mine received sign off back in October to start selling, we know that in October they had amassed $4million of gold which was sold, and have been producing and selling ever since. What we don't know is how much gold is being produced each week, at least the company is good at reporting bad news on time, not very good at reporting the positive. Could be next week, could be two weeks, could be March end???? anyone's guess.
been a long wait but worth it
