Aiml.... I'd say that's a fair comment as we near our lows but in a way I'm glad Ebioss and Altair are off loading at these prices and not higher. Unless Altair have agreed to sell their shares to Ebioss so they can get more control and keep pretending they own Eqtec tech. Has anyone found any better tech than ours in respect of efficiency and diversity?

The amigoes have brought more research to this board then anyone else.... the majority of other posts are name calling the amigos.... so thanks for your input but I prefer their optimism to your pessimism.

I will add that Ebioss seem like they still want to own Eqtec and moving to LSE could give them a chance to take over but do you think for one minute that our BOD don't know that? and after what we went through in '17- '18 they will allow that to happen? Once we get up and running properly with some foreign contracts there are far better partners/ owners out there than Ebioss.... not because their finances which isn't really a problem but because Eqtec is better than that!

This board is full of conspiracies and few facts leading to a severe case of paralysis by analysis! 555

Ebioss successfully used Eqtec and Eqtec Iberia for their gain and create the illusion of a larger financial entity and using using shares as security for loans etc.... they never owned Eqtec but pretend they do. They tried to shuffle the three independent companies around for complete control but lost that control when we fought back by issuing a lot of shares- taking Ebioss to 37% ish. It's better that we got diluted and out of the grip of Ebioss or we'd never move forward and our tech is far beyond burning pallets to get a government grant! Now they own 100% of Iberia in Ireland and moving their opens more financial corridors but either way Ebioss will not affect our future. All their shares are being transferred through the market to institutional investors and savvy PIs.

I believe the BOD are aggressively helping Ebioss to off load with their timeline of news so we can indeed start to progress and get away from the rinse and repeat trading share it's well know for.

RdR... so now you are saying California has stopped all advancement on biomass, waste to energy, etc because it's going bankrupt. Ergo it will either persue other alternatives with money it doesn't have and will not get from the state at some point or they have no energy at all. EBIOSS has no money and is struggling to stave of administration so can not support EQT through its growing pains so EQT has to resort to desperately issuing shares...... Wow! sweeping statement. Ebioss has money and credit. EQT dose not need support from Ebioss and accepting shares for repayment is positive as specially when Ian is aggressively doing so.... Good house keeping and low cash balance at this stage is normal. Not desperate but keen to move forward with little or no baggage.
