Blackhole77... I have reported eric to SFO but haven't had a reply back yet. There's some previous posts here regarding it and think it's action fraud squads area.
AIM is corrupt and facilitates London's fraudulent environment... SFO / FCA etc are in place to protect that not the PIs. The large shareholder group we had is the best bet to get any action.
I've also had a final reply from II who basically say it's my fault that I have not got my paper shares because I should have applied way before the deadline to allow for administration. I knew they would try to weasel out of responsibility because brokers come under the protection of the FCA and the Ombudsman won't dissagree.

T7.... If a company is not moving forward then it's moving backward as there's no standing still and doing nothing. If it's moving backward then I think it would have shut down by now unless it's progressing with the intention of excluding the shareholders from any returns.
