Fox... nail on the head there. I used to think the likes of Nigel Burton and Ian Price were the exceptions and there was a least a couple of good eggs.... but there isn't!
Even if they started with good intentions the rest of the BOD and other CEOs will convince them to tow the line and keep the gravy train running as long as possible. They can blatantly lie and get away with it and there is always noobs to facilitate.
I've only been trading AIM for 4 years and it's clear that it's all about fraud as is the whole of London. So the only way out is on a spike unless you short/ spread bet the company.
If a take over comes here it will be at least 10 mth away so the 12mth high is at it's lowest. The tech is good so if by chance EQT will be used to create a bigger business it will only do so once all the BOD, brokers, familes and friends have taken a position and most of the shares are sticky.
My 1st purchase here was at 5p.... been averaging down for nearly 3 years and think my next purchase will be around .1p to give me a chance to exit around .25- .35p.....
...I was completely fooled by Ian! 555
MrM..... I was trying to sort my certs out since Jan and did everything I could to avoid losing them but was given bum info. I think II employ people that don't know what they're talking about and do whatever it takes to avoid their responsibilitys. This is the second time they've done this to me and I get the feeling they like to keep the shares for themselves .
T7.... Yes I notice Mysquar active on facebook everyday as is Eric and KOB with Omni World Holdings!
I think it's the brokers who are at fault.... not dealing with the request on time. I did mine at the last minute but I was acting on the brokers advise which I thought was part of their responsibility. I contacted them a couple of times before and was never told the deadline isn't really the deadline!
Some brokers a better than others.
Beck... after the reply from the FCA I posted I'll be doing the same...
If you're concerned you about fraud you'll need to report this to Action Fraud. They’re linked with the City of London police and are tasked with investigating matters such as financial crime and internet fraud. You can contact them on +44300 123 2040.
Andy.... that's true but the larger brokers still charge for holding them which is fine if you have other shares. There are a couple of free brokers where I'll be moving mine to but in the mean time I'm reporting II.
I think if the company wanted an exit scam they would have done it by now so there must be some value left and a bit of hope.
I applied for my shares with II before the deadline and it was confirmed but I never received them and now II say that Crest and Mysquar both didn't act on the application until after the deadline so I won't get them. I think II messed it up and now they're trying to pass the blame. They said I should have applied way before the deadline because it's common for a company to just not give out shares?? I'm waiting for a confirmation email before reporting to the FCA.
Apparently the only thing you can do with shares de-registered from Crest is give to a charity.
The biggest problem with AIM is that PIs have no protection.... the FCA and the like are there to help clean foreign money using fraud and the UK's GDP is 80% financial.
The Singapore police replied....

I emailed Mysquar on 27.6.19 with....
Greetings.
As a disgruntled shareholder I hope the company is making progress and will have an update for us soon.
I wish to draw your attention to Eric Shaer's latest venture/ scam in UAE called Omni World Holdings (#omni).

Clearly he is not trying to hide now so will you be pressing charges?
Rest assured there is a large group of investors that will not rest until justice is served but our preference is for Mysquar to get our money back and move forward as a going concern.
Regards,
Just got a reply...
Thank you for taking the time to send your email.
The Company and the board are doing its best to resolve the issues the company faces.

.... gives me hope
I've emailed FCA, Serious Fraud Sqaud, Mysquar, Singapore Police, KOB (Azerbaijan business agency)and the news reporting the new collaboration.... please all do the same.
This is one of the emails:
Greetings.
I have previously reported Eric Alfred Schaer for stealing funds from Mysquar Ltd listed on LSE UK and based in Singapore. He has just been in court for offences relating to his other company Rising Dragon Singapore Pte Ltd and after being in hiding has resurfaced in UAE with his new company Omni World Holdings.
KOB- an agency for small and medium businesses in Azerbaijan have accepted a £10 million investment by him which is suspected to be stolen funds.

For some reason Mysquar do not want to pursue the matter which casts suspicion on them but there is a large group of shareholders looking for him.
Please help us catch this crook he is using our money!
Regards,
So he's trying to wash money in UAE.... £10 million investing into small/ medium businesses so he has money.
The agency doesn't seem to have a website and appears to have been form recently. The chairman is Orkhan Mammadov with not much social either but I know he visited Singapore in 2014. It looks shady to me.
If we can bombard social media to bring awareness then the deal may not go through or he may decide to pay back the cash to be left alone.
Tony P... great find... I've started to put it on social media and I hope others do too. Chances are he's hiding out in that country and we need to stop others investing and draw attention to his where abouts.
