Is that an old link? as I did try to find him on the web site and still can't! He was based in Vietnam so I assume he was recruiting for us. Some of the old employees/ investors may come in handy and a least provide a paper trail if needed.

I think THE biggest concern is where has Eric put the money? Without this info it's pointless perusing him legally. Also, he's unlikely to be in the US, Singapore or Vietnam but could easily hide in Myanmar with all the new contacts he made. Plus it's very cheap for him there. From my experience, south eastern countries don't usually get involved with "farang" (foreigner) legal battles but it would if a national was involved.

On the bright side I think a £1.1m, loss for a company the size of us is repairable if we don't get sold. Chong is our lifeline unless proven he's been involved so I don't think it wise to not keep slagging him off or try to make life hard for him.... I could be wrong.

now Auctus Alternative bought a 3% interest in Squar Pte Ltd in March 2015 for A$675000. Does anyone know if and when they sold their interest?

I was just checking if the shares are still listed with crest which my broker confirmed they are.

I don't want the company to be hindered but I do want schaer arrested and his assets frozen and pottinger needs questioning.

If no joy comes legally then I will probably go on holiday to miami and singapore. There's only so much time worth spending on this but if it can be wrapped up in a holiday?

Am I right in thinking the facebook group are not taking legal action or are we waiting to establish if schaer has not already disposed of the funds?

hedge... I agree. My only 2 red flags before investing here was the pottinger name and the close financial relationship with other companies mainly red dragon..... both seem to have come to fruition. I think it would be hard to get anywhere near pottinger. Have you researched the pottingers?

goldminer21.... no respnse yet but I'm not expecting one. I'm hoping if enough people place an online report they may actually look into it oher wise it's a case of going to singapore with a bribe. I don't think eric is stupid enough to back himself into a corner and I bet he's hoping noone will try to find him.... think again eric!

Apart from:
A corrupt trading environment regulated by a corrupt entity deigned to extract fiat from retailers;
Shorting being legal and and easy to circumvent for those that shouldn''t;
Eqtec being one of the few shares on aim with real potential and interested parties want in.

Then it's just the traders/ brokers trying to rinse and repeat with less and less ammunition because they are too lazy to go find new potential... better the devil you know scenario.

We are all traders with different time scales but lets not pretend we are something we are not.

Traders opinions change by the hour so and facts rarely used, unlike topaimer, oracle, etc who can be repetitive but arefacual!
