*****, at these levels they are due to revive around £1m less from the lanstead sharing agreement than previously expected, they should be good for cash for another 12 months imo but definitely not years

My guess is sub 100p placing about to be announced, no wonder they did the consolidation! Whats going on here is one of the worst cases of treating shareholders with utter contempt I think I have ever seen

Pretty obvious a horrific shafting via a heaving diluted placing is on the way imo don’t rule any price out they bod couldn’t care less about shareholders

Pokerchips, people are unhappy because he came out at the beginning of this year with all guns blazing, on every podcast going saying how this is the year, lots of newsflow no raises needed etc etc. since then a Lanstead placing, no more interviews no more podcasts and no more news, you can’t give it the big un and promise the world to them deliver nothing surely you understand why people think they have been conned?

Indeed the phase 3 trial was due to commence in H2 2020 after signing the Avion deal and 5 years later still no trial, maybe Tim shouldn’t promise 1 or 2 deals in 2024 if he’s not sure it can be achieved, maybe not go on every podcast going shouting about how they are on the cusp of something special then do a placing, he said he can’t see any other way than up for Incanthera then it went down by 80% and they lost their AS Watson deal, says one thing and does another and always brings Lanstead along for the ride

How can anyone be building a large stake when there has been no TR1?

If it was a one off then maybe but he’s been saying the same things using the same words for years, talking it up big then not delivering, it’s literally a carbon copy year after year, just go and listen to the March 2024 interview, once 2p goes I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this fell back to a penny, without news and Lanstead selling over the quiet summer months it’s only going one way imo, EGM can’t be far off to remove the board especially given the AGM votes against them

Bizarre post saying bring on the dilution, the whole point of been a share is to make money not lose it, the share is down 65% over the last 6 months and 95% over the last 5 years, and you’d be happy with more dilution and lower and lower prices? I suggest investing is not for you

Cheers although I don’t think any new patents have even been filed yet, it’s bizarre that Tim doesn’t come out and say the phase 3 will start once patents have been filled, the fact he doesn’t makes be suspicious that Avion aren’t fully on board, as we saw with Incanthera it was obvious AS Watson had pulled out well before he actually released the rns, I know your not a fan of Tim Pokerchips, it would be interesting to see what this company could do with someone else in charge given all those who voted against him at the AGM

Fair point yes, so what’s the hold up with the trial that Avion are supposed to be funding as those who attended the AGM said patents need to be filled before any trial can commence

So what happened with Tim’s other company then Incanthera? Patent infringement alleged and AS Watson ran for the hills and pulled out of the deal, so why would any new partner or even Avion find a trial if the patent for P140 was not approved? Imagine they pay for the trial all looks good then bang oh sorry someone else alleges a patent infringement

They will be running on fumes now at this point given they have needed to raise funds every month since January and the last raise was early June, possibly working on a bigger raise this time but at what price, don’t be surprised to see an almighty screwing here of sub 100p placing

If they need new patent approval before starting any trials or getting a partner on board your talking years, if that’s is the case then they need to come clean on timescales as patent approval can take up to 5 years

They are hardly going to say we are all on holiday, patents take years to get approved so if that’s what shareholders are waiting for then your in for a long wait

Another placing due shortly looking at the most recent rns’s, question is what price this time 100p? Looks like the science is working but they need a partner asap

Maybe so Pokerchips but you fail to recognise the fact they already have a partner in Avion who are supposed to be funding the trial, yet no mention of this from Tim in any recent interviews and no start date, I respect your posts but Tim needs to keep quiet and deliver rather than open his big mouth that leads to disappointment

Maybe best not to predict what’s going to happen then if your CEO and concentrate on delivery, why say 1 or two deals in March 2024 and repeat the same thing in interviews in early 2025, looks bad imo

Great interview that though, no more placings required, future funding will be through partner deals of which they will be doing 1 or two in 2024, and he can only see Incanthera share price going one way, all from the horses mouth in March 2024, fast forward to July 2025 and all that has happened!! Oh no wait a minute lol
