The way the trades are executed it looks like an attempted pump and dump as it’s multiple 100k trades then a pause to see if mug punters jump in, happened a few weeks ago too to about 2.6p then fell back to 1.8p, easy share to manipulate

Spot on Nolupus there are some large shareholders who want Tim out asap hence the huge votes against him at the AGM, he won’t imo survive another AGM unless he does another Lanstead agreement before May 2026…. He knows what he’s doing imo

When a private investor invests say £10k they don’t get that £10k given straight back to them making their investment risk free, that’s what the sharing agreement is

Lanstead are not an institutional investor, they are a finance provider and don’t risk a penny of their own money in a placing as IMM pledge every penny back to Lanstead, plus they have 100m warrants free of charge after years of these agreements , nice work if you can get it
