It was obvious this would fall sub 1p after they announced they only had £397k left as of 30th June, they will be out of funds very soon imo given it’s now mid August and Lanstead agreement be bringing in less than £50k, Tim can’t talk his way out of this one, be interesting to see what price they get the placing away at

Ah so you don’t care about the share price and don’t care about what the CEO says…. Well most people do when making an investment decision, you have to be able to trust the CEO

I think the best thing here is for Wig and Poker to listen to the many interviews Tim did earlier this year, take in what he said, then look what’s happened since. The CEO of the company clearly said a placing was not actually needed but he did one to put them in a strong negotiating position…. So how did he plan to fund IMM if a placing wasn’t needed given it’s now August, it was needed and now they have less than £400k and that’s a fact it’s in the accounts. Countless other ridiculous comments that suckered people in, yet total silence since and now another placing on the cards imo yet this time no one will listen to his bluster, this time he’s backed himself into a corner, the share price was sub 1p at the start of this year, it’s clearly heading back there unless something happens and soon

The rns’s state a phase 3 trial fully paid for by Avion was to commence, yet nearly 2 years have past since they appointed a CRO and total silence

Tim said in his interviews no placing was required and the company would be self funded, his words, and one or two deals would be done this year with plenty of newsflow

Don’t understand the post, how can a scientist know for sure how human trials will turn out, if both scientists you mention know Lupozor inside out then how did the phase 3 trial in Lupus fail to meet its end points, they clearly believe in the science, the hard part is proving it works in phase 3 human trials, funding those trials and gaining FDA approval for your drug, fact is £397k in the bank as of end of June puts IMM in a very weak position financially

But it has materially changed, as of Feb rns they said they were funded to the end of 2026, today we find out they lost £1.8m in 6 months and only have £400k left as of 30 June! That’s a fundamental negative change. No mention of any phase 3 trial, no mention of NDA’s or advanced discussions, very different from his bullish interviews from wailer this year, that £400k won’t last long if they lost £1.8m in 6 months

Research and development expenses rising 46% to GBP690,021 from GBP473,521, and administrative expenses nearly doubling to GBP490,676 from GBP258,023, question is why did admin expenses nearly double? The £400k they had at the end of June isn’t even enough to cover the next 3 months based on those figures

The sooner he is removed via EGM the better, trust is gone now and with more funds clearly needed soon IMM are not exactly in a good bargaining position with less than £400k cash to their name and not even a mention given to the phase 3 trial that apparently Simbec Orion were appointed to run nearly 2 years ago

Unfortunately it was the CeO who created the hype Nolupus, you can’t say what he said earlier this year, I’m sorry but you just can’t, it’s also important to note that in Feb rns they state they are funded until the end of 2026, well with £397k in the bank at the end of June I’d say the market isn’t impressed, neither is it impressed with advancing discussions in 2025 as opposed to doing one or two deals, something from left field, billion dollar deals etc etc. it’s a total roll back in what has previously been said hence the sell off

They lost £1.8m, 4 times what they lost for the same period last year, no mention of any NDA’s and now it’s moving forward discussions in 2025… it’s a total row back on what was said at the start of this year, investors have been shafted, be sub 1p over the next few weeks as the realisation sets in, I’d be amazed if an EGM was not called very soon to remove him

Not as amusing as Tim saying they didn’t need to do a placing in Feb, well since the placing, £1.8m loss in 6 months, £397k in the bank as of end of June… no mention of any phase 3 trial, no mention of Avion and no mention of any advanced discussions or NDA’s, how long do you think £397k is going to last given its 1.6p on the bid, the results are dreadful hence the share price reaction
