No your misunderstanding, I was referring to span and his theory not my own, I havnt run the figures all I know is Lanstead have 44m shares to sell, when they sell is anyone’s guess but the 4% of the company they have sold since last TR1 suggests they are selling at quite a rate

Also let’s say good news lands and Lanstead sell 44m shares, why would IMM want that to happen? They would want to benefit from the sharing agreement, not let Lanstead dump 44m shares into any rise and not benefit in the slightest, I’d suggest the reason they are selling up and fast may be because another agreement is round the corner, we have seen this countless times before and the interims show cash of £397k 8 weeks ago, cash burn around £150k a month, a company usually always operates with at least 3 months cash flow so I’d say it’s pretty obvious a placing could be in the way and soon

They still have 44m shares though Span, 9% of the company, if they thought the share price was going to rise why sell now? If IMM had good news in the pipeline would they not be saying to Lanstead hold firm good news on the way etc. the agreement ends in November another 3 months away, I can’t see any logical reason why they would sell up 3 months before the end of any agreement unless they are about to enter into another agreement given IMM are running out of funds and fast

I’ll send an email to Lisa to clarify now, if Lanstead do make 12.5% gain on the agreement plus 3.5m shares then that is truly disgraceful

Your confusing yourself, I can promise you the benchmark prove just means if it ever got over 5p Lanstead and IMM would share the profits of shares sold over 5p, nothing else, they subscribed for 50m shares at 3.75p and put those 50m shares into a sharing agreement, contact Lisa and ask if you like but I can bet you whatever amount you like that 50m shares are in the sharing agreement not 37m

I’m sorry Span I like you but that’s wrong, the benchmark price is 5p, if they subscribed for 50m shares and put them 50m shares into a sharing agreement as stated by the rns then they have 50m shares to sell, the benchmark price is irrelevant unless it ever got over 5p which it never has

Lisa is a good communicator and hard working, but she doesn’t sit on the executive board unfortunately she has no involvement in the day to day running or planning or IMM, she’s investor relations she’s good at her job no doubt, BUT is the CEO good at his job? Can he be trusted? Nearly September and they have not even filled the patents yet let alone done a deal, amazed the price has held at the 1.6p level after those interims highlighted a placing may not be too far away, Incanthera has also been a disaster, 30p to 4.5p in the last 12 months, no wonder Tim needs a holiday or 10 to get over it lol

Speaking of action, have you seen the post about IMM by a well respected poster, looks like group action to remove Tim through an EGM is on the way, guess if 27% voted against him at the AGM it won’t take much to get him out, be interesting to see how it plays out that’s for sure

Was this the placing that wasn’t needed that actually was needed? The one that was only done to put them in a better position for the blockbuster deals, yet end of June they have £397k left…. The same placing that Tim said the board would never have done unless they were incredibly confident it would be a net gain….

Seems have have been rather shy since March though, 6 months of silence not an interview in sight, no deals, no trials, no advanced talks just “looking to progress”

When the placing lands no doubt you’ll congratulate Tim on a job well done, trouble is the market doesn’t believe a word he says imo

After a mates rates placing around 1p I would not be at all surprised, Tim is more slippery than an eel covered in oil, £397k as of end of June is dangerously low for a company that lost £1.8m in 6 months, will you still be singing his praises Wig if they drop a 1p placing in the next couple of weeks?

When the placing is announced I’m sure they will all be singing Tim’s praises lol, £397k left as of end of June, around £150k a month cash burn based on last interims so by end of August they will most likely be running on fumes…. Lanstead selling will be bringing in £50k at best so expect a placing within the next few weeks, what price who knows but the cynic in me is saying a mates rates placing is on the way at 1p then they drop some good news, I’ve thought that ever since the interims were out earlier than usual, get the price down, smash in a mates rates placing at 1p beers all round in Barbados over Christmas!
