No they sold 3% of their holding, they were already holding 6.9% in February before the new Sharing agreement so in essence they haven’t sold any of the current agreement, and still have 4% to sell of the last one! So yes they haven’t sold any sold far less than expected

No that’s wrong mate, they had 6.9% from the previous sharing agreement as of February, only sold 3% since February so they have actually sold far fewer shares than I would have expected given the previous sharing agreement was still In play up to the end of April

I’ve not read your posts Sushi as I’ll be honest they are too long and I can’t be bothered, my only point is why doesn’t Tim come clean on the Avion deal and if the phase 3 trial is still happening with them funding it, it’s fundamental to this companies success or failure and it needs to be addressed given it’s their lead asset

I might buy a renters worth of shares here just so I can attend the AGM and call him out on totally ignoring the Avion deal in the final results. It’s the most important bit of information to all shareholders as to if a phase 3 trial is actually going to start, and if not why not given they signed an agreement in 2019, appointed a CRO to run the trial in 2023, yet absolutely nothing since. It’s a disgusting way to treat shareholders first and foremost by treating them as fools, which btw quite a lot are but that’s besides the point
