As far as I am aware from looking g at the sharing agreement there is nothing to stop Lanstead shorting this, so what’s stopping them shorting when they know they can aggressively sell to bring the price down, win win for them imo, as I’ve said before the placing price for the sharing agreement was irrelevant given they can sell at any price, they have already received every penny of what they put into the placing back from IMM in line with the sharing agreement terms, if they sold at 0.1p they wouldn’t lose

It’s not about the rns’s GG, there is a death spiral funding agreement in place here with Lanstead, a very aggressive agreement too this time around, if Tim doesn’t do a deal they will take it sub 1p again imo just like they took it from 5p to 1.6p, and 2p to 0.8p, and those agreements were much smaller than the current two. Add that to radio silence on Avion and the price is only heading one way imo, if you can’t see that then more fool you, only thing that stops this heading sub 1p imo is a deal rns, and given I’ve not seen an rns to state discussions at an advanced stage I’d say the likelyhood is very slim

The guys over at Incanthera are furious with Tim at the lack of clarity over the AS Watson deal, totally bizarre that the only reason to buy Incanthera was the AS Watson contract yet total silence on it from Tim and no mention of it in the last 3 rns’s either, very similar to the Avion deal here, radio silence on the one and only partnership, bizarre way to treat shareholders

Yes on reflection it looks like the market doesn’t like todays releases, Tim needs to deliver something this month as Lanstead will be selling hard imo to cover 3 months worth of payments before the new agreement starts in May! If no news this could easily be sub 2p

Basically IMM have lost 30% of the Incanthera profit from warrants, which atm is insignificant anyway so a bit of a non event really, not sure why the incanthera rns is in IMM’s RNS feed though, debt conversion at Incanthera is irrelevant to IMM, either way IMM still £850k down on their original investment into incanthera so it’s no wonder they didn’t put anymore cash in it’s been a car crash

There will 100% be an rns tomorrow regarding the warrants, let’s just hope they haven’t decided to give a £700k gift to Incanthera or the price will tank! Todays buys suggests they have seen sense and not gone ahead

I’m pretty sure I stated all the things you list, I didn’t ask any questions, the only thing of interest that has any tangible value in my opinion is the phase 3 trial that no one knows what’s happening with that’s my honest thoughts everything else is a distraction and noise

Yeah I was replying to the breakthrough post, warrants rns will be tomorrow now, question is will Incanthera be receiving a nice £700k gift from IMM or not… serious questions need to be asked if it’s authorised given the clear conflict of interest

He likes the sound of his own voice that’s for sure, If he ever took an enema he would sadly disappear lol, think the market has worked that out by now though, he has far more shares in Incanthera than IMM, in fact his holding in IMM is 0.3% of the company… he owns 3.66% of Incanthera so don’t be surprised to see £700k go walkies

Agree Lord, an extension at nil cost would be the best outcome for IMM, the only reason they paid the £75k last time was because the price was much higher than the warrant price, the concern is that Incanthera will imo need cash and Timothy has a history of using IMM cash to fund Incanthera, the last time he did this IMM made a heavy loss but he has a habit of doing loss making agreements (Lanstead sharing agreements) find out Monday either way, but if they do exercise them I expect a bit of a sell off on IMM as £700k is a large chuck of their operating cash gone

Tim needs to come clean on the AS Watson deal at Incanthera and also the Avion deal with IMM, both deals are integral to each companies success yet not a word on either yet everything else is shouted from the rooftops to anyone who will listen! Doesn’t add up I’m afraid, next rns will be Incanthera warrants on Monday, looking at the price action there today I feel it would be a poor decision to give them £700k imo
