It would be very out of character for Tim to over egg anything so…. Fact is if this was big news then institutional investors would be buying in and buying in size, that’s not the case so you have to ask why, why did no institutional investors want to take part in the last placing? Why did they have to use Lanstead again? And why are no institutional or even HNW investors buying in now, this isn’t a secret because Tim is shouting it from the rooftops to anyone who will listen, like I’ve said before he’s a good salesman but the market is very sceptical

Sorry to hear that Jack, those who took part in the CLN have gone very quiet so I imagine something is going on behind the scenes maybe to call an EGM to remove the board, I’m not sure what what happened with that 180p placing was horrific given they had raised 3 weeks earlier at 300p, integrity and trust of the board are key when investing, how can anyone now invest knowing they need more cash and are happy to offer 40% discounts, I would be beyond angry if I had taken that CLN

No serious investor would touch this imo because the bod are uninvestable, you can’t agree a CLN at 300p with loyal shareholders then 3 weeks later shaft them at 180p so shorts can close, imo it was a total betrayal of trust and the company will struggle to raise in future because anyone looking to invest will just say why should we invest at X price if 3 weeks later you will happily raise at 40% lower… the next discounted placing could easily be sub 100p as trust is finished

Pepsi, what placing churn? Lanstead sell 16% of the company over the next 8 months, it’s all in the sharing agreement rns, no churn it’s just monthly sells at whatever the price is

On that rns! Bizarre price action and like others have said it’s controlled by shorters as they know they can close out whenever they like with Vlad and Peter at the wheel, I assume those shareholders wanting to remove them have given up? If they were removed the shortest would be screwed imo

Agree, that’s why for me it’s uninvestable, if you can’t trust the bod to act in the best interests of shareholders then how can you invest? You simply can’t do a consolidation, then within 3 months do 3 separate placings screwing the price lower by 60%, I’ve never ever seen that on the markets before, holders here are right to feel mugged off

16 months since the CRO was chosen to conduct the phase 3 trial and absolutely no progress reported to date, also be interesting if he’s uses IMM cash to support his other company Incanthera because the warrants expire in a few weeks and they will need cash for their legal case I’m sure…

Did any of the LTH actually call for the removal of anyone on the board or was it just a load of hot air? I actually do think with a young and dynamic bod this could actually do something, but I wouldn’t trust this lot to feed my fish let alone do any deals with big pharma

Tim will be gutted his ramping words no longer carry the same weight, once bitten twice shy it seems the market no longer believes, after the “stunning” results yesterday, if only he had thrown in an on the cusp and transformational year ahead, but then again he said that exactly 12 months ago, also worth noting g that at no point does he mention the discussions are advanced… anyone can have discussions doesn’t really mean much I’m afraid

Our focus will be to secure partnering opportunities across our programs including our P140 platform and our earlier stage but highly exciting anti-infective asset, BioAMB."

We have appointed a specialist CRO, who has completed the protocol for a pivotal adaptive Phase 2/3 clinical trial suitable for registration. This will shortly be presented to regulatory authorities for review and approval. We would expect to commence this Phase 2/3 clinical trial in 2022, on successful completion of the current PK study.

In the last three months we have made significant positive progress across the whole P140 platform.

· Lupuzor™: on 12 August 2021, we announced that the US Food & Drug Administration ("FDA") had approved the commencement of the pharmacokinetic ("PK") study as part of the preparation for the new optimised international Phase 3 trial of Lupuzor™. Since then, we have been working with Avion Pharmaceuticals ("Avion"), our exclusive US partner, our specialist Contract Research Organisation ("CRO"), Simbec Orion together with our three service providers, to prepare for commencement of the study. This has progressed well and in preparing the study drug material, we have taken the opportunity to greatly improve the product characterisation and analytical method validations. This has resulted in a new proprietary synthesis of P140 which gives greater IP protection and lowers the cost of production. Final preparations are now being actioned including updating the Investigational Medicinal Product Dossier ("IMPD").

P140 has always worked this way, read the previous rns’s over the last 10 years, it’s nothing new as the market clearly knows because the price is flat, I said this morning it was an embarrassing attempt to get the price up and it’s proved correct
