Those expecting a TR1 from any Institutional investor are living in cloud cuckoo land, if you have big money queuing up you don’t use Lanstead death spiral agreements it’s as simple as that, only TR2 you will get is Lanstead selling

What a surprise another £280k to keep the lights on until March, this will need a placing every month now of min £300k cash burn, it’s insane how people don’t get it and wonder why they keep raising, they can’t start a trial that will last months without funding for that trial it’s common sense, so what another £300k in March at 200p? They will need a placing soon imo, but if patients have an adverse reaction and the FDA put a hold on the trial it’s finished imo as their ability to raise and burn £300k a month would be impossible imo, they needed a partner to fund the trial really which they failed to deliver on

If this fails phase 1 it’s most likley going to be liquidated unfortunately as they won’t imo have the ability to raise any further cash, let’s say 80% fall on bad news then any placing discount would be another 50% discount which would finish it, I think this is why there has been no real buying as it’s too binary, people can’t stomach a 100% loss these days

Without volume Lanstead will take this back to 1p imo, remember circa £200k been sold every month by Lanstead for the next 9 months

So if it’s below the benchmark price by 10% they get 90%, below it by 20% they will get 80%, below it by 30% they will get 70% etc etc. they sell regardless of the price hence the term death spiral, as I say it’s all in the rns which is why I struggle to understand people saying they can’t sell over 5p, if that was the case how did they sell their previous holding that had a benchmark price of 2.66p when the price went as low as 0.8p due in part to them selling, called a death spiral for a reason but I’ll leave it there
