Agreed but that was when they owned the US rights, and before P140 failed its Lupus trial, P140 has never been proven in any phase 3 trial to meet its endpoints and it’s been around for 20 years, I’m not saying it doesn’t work but it’s nothing new, Lanstead have also been around since the share price was 11p and took it all the way to 0.85p 3 weeks ago, swings and roundabouts but given they will be out if cash in a few months imo it’s either a placing or 2p warrants are sold so I feel 4p is a cap on the price given all the pumping over the last few weeks when the shares have risen 400%

But they sold the shares down from 3p to 0.8p since March 2024 to December? They have to sell as per the share agreement that’s why they have sold their holding down to 0 for the last 4 years and have 70m warrants at 2p… they are shareholders in IMM to make money and sell shares nothing else remember they are a finance provider of last resort

Yes the only issue would be if Lanstead were to sell 70m warrants into the market plus it’s 7% it would decimate the price, my worry is Tim talked about doing deals in his March 2024 interview and no deals happened, they need cash so I guess it’s either a placing or 2p warrant sale which is an issue as Lanstead are not a supportive shareholder they are a finance provider and always sell their shares, given the price is 400% higher than 3 weeks ago I fear a dump is on the way but we shall see

Thanks Dallo, so funding wise there are 100m warrants at 2p to be exercised from what I can see, and 7% of Lasnteads shares still to sell, they are the things I can see holding back the price imo, it’s a shame they have used death spiral funding in Lanstead and given them 70m warrants!! Indeed, I have just listened to the interview and he has not said no placing is coming, IF they do a partner deal then it won’t be needed but that’s a big IF given in March 2024 he promised deals in 2024 and nothing happened, certainly giving it a good pump that’s for sure, I did notice they failed a phase 3 trial with P140 in Lupus in 2018, it wasn’t particularly effective so be interesting to see what’s changed

Placing rumours look to be holding it back, shame he didn’t say they were not looking to raise money really in the interview, it’s no secret they need cash but hopefully a placing at a premium!

If this news is as big as I think it is after the interview yesterday they will have investors wanting to buy in at a premium let alone a discount! The placing where their US partner took £1.1m at 11p was fine at a 70% premium just FYI, pharma shares have no ceiling once they get going they can just run and run, the unique nature of this breakthrough is what intrigues me as IMM going have the only auto immune diagnostic platform globally with a treatment in P140 personalised to each disease, that’s big, very big

After listening to the interview twice I have decided to take position here tomorrow as the clarification that this is indeed an autoimmune breakthrough and not just a P140 breakthrough and they are the only company globally with this new breakthrough suggests it’s worth a small fortune to the industry and could change the way autoimmune diseases are diagnosed and subsequently treated, fingers crossed they open it sub 4p tomorrow

Imm is all about when you buy in, buy in at this level imo it’s likely you’ll be down 70% at some stage on the news blackout, buy at 1p like many did in March 2024 and December 2024 then you’ll most likely make money on the next pump, that’s the cycle it’s been proved multiple times over multiple years with IMM, it’s all there in the rns history for ppl to read, starting trials, discussions etc. etc. been going on for years yet no deals or no trials registered
