Lanstead CAN sell shares at any price each month into the market, this it true for both agreements, the benchmark price is NOT the price they can sell over, its there in black and white in the rns how can you not understand it?

Agreed but the newbies here havnt quite worked out that for the next 9 months Lanstead will be selling circa 17% of the company into the open market… each and every month selling around £250k, so when volume dries up It’s pretty clear where the price is heading hence the term death spiral funding, the last 2p agreement took it to 0.8p, and that was for £1m over 2 years! So £1.8m over 7 months is going to destroy this imo but they havnt quite worked it out yet

If not I’ll make it crystal clear, Lanstead WILL sell their 6% holding here in March and April 2025, then Lanstead WILL again sell each month for 7 months from May £267k each month subject to terms. So how can the overhang be cleared when Lanstead will be selling every month for the next 9 months their entire holdings? They sell monthly that’s the agreement it’s in the rns, painful how some people can’t understand how Lanstead operate, it’s death spiral funding

That agreement really is poor imo, they will be selling £267k each month into the market, so that means there will need to be £267k more buys than sells just to stop the price from falling, hence the term death spiral, would not be surprised if that agreement takes it back to under a penny imo

The Sharing Agreement provides that the Company will receive seven monthly settlement amounts (6 months of £267,857.14 and the final month of £267,857.16) and this is good news?

If they did that the price would drop 10% min each time so be careful what you wish for, if there is a delay they will rns shortly I’m sure but with funding an issue they can’t afford any slip ups it’s boom or bust with this one now due to having no cash and no ability to raise more than a few months worth, binary bet really
