Because Tim refuses to even acknowledge Avion in any rns or interview for nearly 18 months, no mention of their main asset which is the phase 3 trial, I’m guessing they may not want to proceed hence IMM looking for a partner etc. rather than pull out for free maybe Avion are looking for a payoff because atm they own the full US rights and there was never any deadline in the contract to start the phase 3 trial or any milestones agreed for Avion to complete, in hindsight a very bad deal for IMM as they gave away the US rights and so far Avion have done sfa

As for IMM agree that patents will need filing/approving before any deals, once Timothy says they are in advanced discussions then I will take note, until then anyone can have discussions, I can discuss with a Ferrari dealership about buying one, but it’s very doubtful I follow through…

Bizarre way to Bed an ISA, if you contact your broker they will do it for you directly with the MM in one go! Whoever has done it themselves today in £5k chunks has lost near a grand in fees and spread! That is one of the most stupid things I have seen for a very long time, a simple phone call to broker would have saved you a grand

Bizarre trades going on, that is not how you Bed and ISA whoever is doing it your losing hundreds for no reason, the broker will do it for you

Given they took agreements at 11p, 5p then 2p with the share price hitting g 0.8p I’d say a 90% decreases during their involvement would suggest the sharing agreements are indeed a death spiral, I don’t know if they short or not but they don’t seem to sell in an orderly way imo, on a more interesting topic what the hell were the last 4 trades about! Someone sold £5k the bought it back, then did the exact same thing again moments later losing over 100 quid… bizarre
