itsawrap.......we have to remember that a significant portion of the millions owed from Shell does not have to be paid until December 31st this year. In the meantime, there will be significant financial hits to RBD's accounts and although dividends cannot be paid directly from the premium account the company cannot let the share price fall too far for negative reasons. This move will give the company some financial flexibility to assist in its defence of a hostile bid.
