Our joint partners ADX a small Australian Company has just issued its latest half yearly report which includes an 'update' on the Romania Parta field. Our joint partnership is via a company Danube Petroleum. The 44 page Report devotes a small paragraph (see below) to the Parta joint holding with RBD.

"Iecea Mare Production Licence and Parta Exploration Licence – Onshore Western Romania

ADX holds a 49.2% shareholding in Danube Petroleum Limited (Danube). The remaining shareholding in Danube is held

by Reabold Resources Plc. Danube via its wholly owned subsidiary, ADX Energy Panonia srl, holds a 100% interest in the

Parta Exploration licence (including a 100% interest in the Parta Appraisal Sole Risk Project) and a 100% interest in the

Iecea Mare Production licence. ADX is the operator of the permit pursuant to a services agreement with Danube.

During the reporting period, ADX has submitted technical and financial documents in relation to Parta Exploration Licence to the relevant Romanian authorities following several positive meetings with the governing authority for the possible

extension of the current licence period (Note: The validity of the Iecea Mare production licence is 20 years and not

affected). The governing authority is the National Agency for Mineral Resources (NAMR) which is supporting the extension

which can be granted through a government process. ADX is currently providing several reports to assist NAMR with

documenting the extensive past activity with the objective of receiving a de facto waiver on the fulfilment of the obligatory work program".

Itsawrap, honest answer is I don't know. But seeing that generation is not foreseen until 2025, and past time projections have been a long way out and always delayed it may be late 2025 or 2026. That said, any generating equipment will not have the longer lead times experienced as that with drilling equipment's. So no monies will have been spent in that direction. I know some will not agree with me, but it's well known that Italy and Spain are notorious countries to have to 'oil the works' (pun intended) locally to get projects moving more swiftly.

'The operator of the national transmission grid (ie, Terna) and the operators of the local distribution grids, have the obligation to connect every plant that makes a connection request to the grids that they operate. A request to be connected to the power grid can be filed well before the construction of the plant is completed, or even started, because no time limit is set as to how long before the start of operations the request can be filed. The request to be connected to the power grid must be filed with either the operator of the local distribution grid, if the capacity requested is below 10,000kW, or Terna, if the capacity requested is equal to or more than 10,000kW.

So we can take it from the above question asked that the dynamic duo can, if not already be filing for the electricity, and receive prior permission regarding generation tie-in to the local grid. And therefore cannot be used as an excuse in the future as a delay in getting on with the project.

I would expect that a SNP supporter would try to turn real statistics on its head. Loveless lol.....If the English were given a referendum to have Scotland to Remain or Leave the UK it's a no brainer....you would be given Leave vote by a large majority. Everyone I know would love to see Scotland leave the UK.

Just think about that and inwardly digest. Our taxes would be lower, Banks in Scotland would leave. Ship building and Faslane would close costing tens of thousands of jobs. The EU conditions for acceptance would take decades if at all. Spain would vote against Scotland joining due to their separatists wanting the same. Germany and France would not be happy having another lesser country to suck them dry.

Oh yes, please open up the next referendum for us English to join in the vote.

"California, the seventh-biggest U.S. crude oil producer, has put a near halt on issuing permits for new drilling this year, according to state data.

The state's Geologic Energy Management Division, known as CalGEM, has approved seven new active well permits in 2023. That compares with the more than 200 it had issued by this time last year.

The stalled approvals represent the latest tension between California's bold environmental ambitions and its role as a major oil and gas producer and consumer.

New drilling permits have steadily declined since Gavin Newsom became governor in 2019, but the current rate of approval represents a sudden and dramatic drop".
