Itsawrap.....what concerns me is why we got involved with Daybreak in the first place. They are a company that have never made a dime profit in over 50 years of trading, yes 50 years!. That must take the term 'lifestyle company' to a whole new level. One may well be forgiven for wondering where the over £6.000.000 (yes pounds not dollars) went that Reabold Resources gave to Reabold California to initially set them up. I didn't like the move at the time, and I like it even less now. A Cash cow the Californian adventure is certainly one that shareholders cannot subscribe to.

I wonder if in the near future the words Restructuring and Diversification loom large over Daybreak?

Not only has form 10Q for period ending 31st August 2023 been issued but the form for the previous period ending 28th February 2023 been issued either. The excuse is that they need more time to complete.

As a shareholder one may well ask the question WHY the huge delay?

Daybreak Oil & Gas has just issued a number of Late filings to the SEC in the United States.

Including the latest one referencing 31st August 2023.

They (DBRM) have over the last few years been habitual late filers to the SEC (the U S equivalent of the UK Companies House). It seems that they, the SEC, will only allow a company to transgress their rules a few times without good reason before suspension takes place. Not a good place to be in for Reabold's with their huge interest (finance) in the said company.
