The latest payment to HMRC was notified on 11th October when RBD paid stamp duty of £135.00

This was in respect of 7 tranches of own shares purchased between 7July and 2nd August.

Number of shares purchased between those dates was 23,134,751 for cash consideration of £26,171.98

We await the next purchase figures, which have to be declared by law.

Bet on the numbers been far greater than the latest for reasons I have already given.
