If the two CEO's are confident about staying at the helm of RBD they will invest money NOW THIS WEEK into Rathlin, as we have been waiting for many months for this day to start the ball rolling at West Newton. Any delay will just be another 'dragging of feet' to enable more monies entering their bank accounts.

Only telling us what we already anticipated. The price now will not get much higher in the coming months, and my guess is it will slip back. If the 2 stooges remain in charge I think by an appreciable amount.

Yes, well done then Tf. Nice Xmas bonus. But what is more important to us is where are RBD going to spend our share. If just an RNS is released to only announce the 'bare bones' of the money being received with no substance, I will take it as a negative for me and other shareholders of RBD.

It seems that one reason that is patently obvious is that S & S are delaying matters as long as possible to avoid the question about where (if forthcoming) the Shell money will be allocated. Will it be all West Newton or part West Newton via Rathlin investment. Part dividend. What about Romania? Ah I hear you say is that the 'asset' that our joint partners ADX have given up on. Or will it be some form of investment in the Italian job. The pot is certainly not that big to share around without a further dilution in some form to us shareholders.

Oldbutnowisa......I don't for sure, but in my opinion K.S will have to have less business acumen, honesty and integrity when dealing with the companies shareholders to be any worse. So on the balance of probability it's a no brainer for me.

Having run a successful business for decades I like to think I have a good grasp of a persons character. Against my initial judgement of the two CEO's and that in particular from the outset I thought that Stephen Williams (not Sachin Oza) was far too smooth a 'city slicker' and someone who would need to be watched extremely carefully I invested in Reabold. Unfortunately my first impression has turned out to be confirmed.

Hence why I want to see K.S installed at the head of a new board of directors.

OliverOil....It has been all about West Newton for many years now. The directors laid this clearly out, then decided to pass recent years in their 'smoke and mirrors' campaign, first in California and Romania and now Italy. They hope putting matters on the back burner will give them more time to rake in fat salaries just in case East Yorkshire and West Newton turns out a damp squib with little value. The truth seems to be that if they were certain of a good result at West Yorkshire it would be full steam ahead, without these side issues which are eating both time and our cash.

They must be ousted, K.S cannot be any worse!

Looks to me like Italian Job is going to be delayed, and the Shell episode is a case of 'the Jury is still out'. But we will know for sure the verdict over the next 3 weeks.
