It is good news and the article is worth reading in its entirety. Unfortunately I don't see it having a bearing on our ongoing law case regarding releasing contaminated water. My reading is that a precedent has already been set, and the case if lost could easily cost millions of dollars in fines and costs.

Jack I feel sure there are a lot of punters like yourself feeling pain, although mine (not gloating) is more of an ache. I just cannot believe that there are still some who trust the two bandits running this ranch to keep faith in them. The unpalatable truth is that if West Newton is not saleable, the company will still keep 'milking' some mugs for years to come. What will be next on the agenda I wonder. Will it be an injection of capital to fund the ongoing debacle that is Daybreak Oil & Gas. The Chairman's loan of $60,000 made 2 days ago; how many hours of drilling to spend that. Just ask oneself that simple question which we all know the answer too. Zilch, Nana, sweet f a.

Or more likely Is it just to keep the day to day running of the business going before the ongoing law case if lost pulls down the shutters. No point hiding from this, it's reality and a very very live issue, and we all know the consequences if it goes against Daybreak. Will $60,000 even pay the costs involved?
