They never answered the question as to whether they both should have their emoluments linked to success.
Of course I did not expect them to, they will each be pulling out around £250,000 a year.
Placing soon to be announced for further funding for Victory and West Newton in my opinion. Remember in the last accounts they said they had enough money to last until June 2022. Well that now is only a few weeks away. So we know it's coming as there is no income source elsewhere.

We know that the Daybreak Oil & Gas Company have been trading for over 50 years.
In all that time they have never returned a single thin cent back to shareholders.
During those 50 years there was a number of years where the price of crude oil was higher that it is today.
So why do Reabold directors think it is a good minority joint venture for us, or am I missing something?
It surely can't be that our dynamic duo are better managers, we only have to look at their track record!

Is 'a dead man walking' to turn the phrase from a human to a development. Since a partner pulled out a year or so ago we along with out now only joint partner ADX have been looking for another company to help fund Parta since June 2021, without any success whatsoever. And ADX our j/v partner in Danube Oil have stopped mentioning it it any of their news releases (apart from the odd sentence) for many months now.
Parta is like Colter and will just disappear from being mentioned soon Look forward to see how much it is mentioned , and what gloss they can paint the failure in the upcoming RBD presentation. It's a duster just forget about it.

Daybreak are in my opinion not going ahead with the transaction. The current price of oil is the determination factor. RBD have asked them to delay this as they are hoping against hope that other matters with a tinge of better news may occur before the extended long stop date until the end of April. Hence the swift announcement to update shareholders very soon with their latest brief. As usual only selected questions will be answered with no live interactions with shareholders rermitted. This will almost certainly be the last for the next year or so.
