If Reabold Resources through Rathlin thought that West Newton was a 'nailed on cert' then having had more than 4 months to arrange for a immediate start should the council give the go ahead, they would have put forward a timetable already.
But of course they know it's still a huge gamble with another large funding placement having to take place. That should tell everybody that delay and obfuscation is the route they will adopt. UJO will also have to contribute. That these matters have not being sorted out since last October is a sure sign not all is as it they would have you believe.
The 'got out of jail free card' has been taken away from the dynamic duo, the game will now proceed at a snails pace, hoping Corallian and Victory will come to their rescue.

milnrowmug.......I would tend to agree with your post was it not for two points. One that Heid's very heavy posts on UJO seem to point to a paid ramper (and we both know they do exist). Second that most individual investors have more than one company in their portfolio; Heid's occasional foray into RBD and UKOG are just for effect in my opinion.
Back to UJO I hope you are correct about your past sentence as regards judgement and grateful.
My concern is that everyone who knows about RBD, Rathlin and West Newton's further development will know that a placing has to come to fund this.I think UJO be asked to commit more funds for this venture, which is still high risk. If so no dividends for UJO investors for many years if ever.

Truthfactory, I'm not sure if this is a 'loaded question' but here goes. I've always found you to be a honest broker with regards to Corallian and seemingly upfront with your postings on the Victory field. Corallian and Victory in my mind has
a far better COS than West Newton has for many reasons that I have outlined previously. But not kid ourselves, even if Victory is sold, the development would not be on stream before 2025. One question to me from you though is this.
If you would have had the chance to sell all your shares to Reabold at the time of the offer would you, and if so why?

However I would caution that even if the meeting passes it today the dynamics of Rathlin through their masters Steven and Sachin of Reabold will not alter course. That course is to take as much time as possible to develop any venture like West Newton whilst accruing half a million pounds a year into their own bank accounts. It's a well trodden path taken by numerous small oil and gas development companies over the years. Trade the share yes, dividends? don't make me laugh. Take note, any voting success today will be years away from an outcome coming to fruition (if ever) for share-holders.

If you want to be successful at ramping, at least try to hide the fact that you are a 'big time' loser with Oil & Gas dealings.
It is far too transparent to even a novice investor.

1 The councillors priority is to represent the wishes of the voters they represent if they want to be re-elected.
2 The councillors are legally indemnified against any legal actions taken against on them whilst carrying out their duties.
3 Has there been any significant changes to Rathlin's plans since the first planning meeting?
4 If not then the resultant voting should not change.
5 Events regarding world politics should have no bearing on the voting outcome today.

Any potential investor needs to know the fact that the entity called HEID is a paid ramper who fills this board and Twitter with all sorts of rubbish projections. Just look back in her history, a few short days ago posting that oil would be $300 a barrel. Be very aware of this, most posters on here all know of this continual ramping of the UJO share; newcomers not so!

Stephen and Sachin secretly hoping for the Thursday meeting to provide them with a rejection again; then waste more time to 'possibly' lodge an objection and play the West Newton card for another few years. All the time raking in hundreds of thousands of pounds themselves via more placings.
