To put Lee's v helpful note in context, a quick google of those two:
Eurosun market cap = +/- GBP £80m (CAD 135m),
Gabriel = circa £25m (CAD 44m)
(neither has any debt to speak of as far as I can see apart from a CLN at Gabsies).
And remember, both are perceived to have specific issues which have had considerable detrimental effects on their share prices...

In other news in my parish - IOG - nice way to fund an interesting asset (Harvey) and kills the ghost of the Skipper debt.

ORT - spot on. And also, having done a bit of digging into EuroSun and Gabriel, you just need to take a look at their resource bases to get an idea of what we've got here. And bear in mind that their respective share price performances have been severely affected by specific issues (Gabriel = shareholder issues, Eurosun = environmental/cyanide issues) neither of which should be issues for Vast. Very exciting indeed IMO.

Totally agree ORT - it's hard to find much info on it but if you dig around Blueberry looks to have really fantastic potential. Nice podcast I thought (though he looked like had he been out celebrating last night) - he also confirmed a small but important point - gravity and flotation so no use of cyanide - so avoiding key evironmental issues which have caused others (notably Eurosun) problems with the authorities. And could see an assays rns any day now...? And an institutional shareholder in there... What's not to like?

Also - TopAimer - re EQT - to redress my Negative Norman view, if it's 'snowflake environmental greenery' you're into then VLS might look like a good-value alternative down at these levels. It's been battered lately and just had a placing at 10p so presumably funded for now at least and maybe good for a bounce if they fix the famous 'leaky pipe'.

TopAimer re EQT i was in there - myself and a few of the guys got stung very badly by the disastrous death spiral funding deal earlier this year (done with a fella with 'form' from a bedsit in North London no less!) so no matter what the fundamentals are (and I concede they may be ok) I refuse to have my money in a company with clearly shonky (at best) managers who clearly couldn't, or didn't bother, to research the principles behind a key financing deal or the background of the people they were doing it with - something which took me, ooh, maybe 5 minutes' googling to do.

Re PREM - been there done that too - got sick of lining the CEO's (deep) pockets and lifestyle. if it's holes in the ground in Zimbabwe you fancy then I urge you to take a close look at VAST - yes it did a crappy death spiral deal (2 in fact) which has fcuked the share performance of late but the management got hoofed and it's looking a lot better nowadays. A few of the guys here are in.

Sold most of by effing Farn last week to increase in Vast because I thought the BP licence was likely to come quicker than good news from Farn. Doh! I'm turning into Babbs v2...
NCCL news should be 'imminent' too (I hate that word!)

I think they sold it to some private capital fund or other a while back didn't they? (Which probably explains it!).
