At the risk sounding like a ramper but it might be pertinent to point out the fact that the market capitalisation of this company was approx £550million before the diamond operations were 'taken away'. Even after dilution to current levels that's something like 10p/share (Castaway or MMAF can probably give a more accurate calc but I don't think I'm far out). And there was no Romania, Eureka etc in those days.

Am a long standing/long suffering V holder too and it grieves me to see shares like GGP roaring away on an operational wing and a prayer while good old vast is roaring away operationally but the share price just can't seem to get off the starting blocks. Well done on the Hvivo to those braver souls than me!

We looked at H before didn't we? and thought it cheap in the 20s. At this level I'm not so sure. And it's 'cure for death' again...

I think he means that pustulating abscess known as PREM - more strange goings on there - as someone posted on the bb there yesterday 'the only thing certain at PREM is Roache's paycheque"... took what little was left of my holding out this week and bought (even more) Vast in the placement. I can confidently predict therefore that P will boom on re-admission next week!

Fantasy - as I said i know you've been around a while - hold on to those shares! - and I do understand your doubts re AIM - it's sadly part of the game and even more sadly unlikely to change anytime soon. All the more reason to eek out true value stocks (like this one) and run with them. Value will out in the long run. And do register with the brokers of any share you have any substantial holdings with. Otherwise how do they know who to call....?!

Fantasy - I am no trader, believe me! (though I am a broker by past trade). I've been a long standing/(suffering!) holder here and have supported recent - and not-so-recent - placements to a bigger extent than Pecten's view of my net worth suggests! You've been around here a while too I think? Shouldn't we be trying to support this for the greater good? There's an awful lot of value in them there Transylvanian mountains and zimbabwean gold fields and -- dare I say it - diamond mines!

(and just to add that I haven't sold a single vast share in several weeks/months!)

I happen to have an account with SVS. Yes, I got a call this morning and was offered shares. And yes, I took them. But at a price substantially above the prices I was paying last week and not significantly (if at all) below the price I could have paid today for the same number of shares on the open market. I am up to my b@llocks in Vast shares already, believe me, I took these to help the placement along, and because I believe that in a few weeks we'll all be very happy.

Morning all. Yep quite funny that Vast gets its unicorn on the very day LSE is down. The spivs must have been beside themselves. Babbs I wouldn't worry too much re warrants we know where most of them are (i have quite a few myself) - they won't be exercised until the sp is a lot higher. It's bizarre that GGP's rns this morning will probably set it booming when vast allready has 2 mines actually paid for and producing. Hey ho.

I've lost more than that on my holding ffs! ZEN back at 4p - well it would wouldn't it.... Back to wifi/signal blackspot heaven (down that leafy New Forest) for me for rest of the day. GLA.
