Capital Events are all about fundraising for the company.
Where companies are having a Capital Events Day, then this is not a good sign.
It means the company needs funds and they're trying to find out who would support the company in, for example, a placing of more shares to raise much needed funds.
So, it looks like Revolution Beauty's Capital Events Day proved fruitless. Nobody interested in buying into a fundraising for REVB. This is a red warning light.
Revolution Beauty are still dependent on their lenders who have put strict covenants on the revolving credit facility. If REVB don't meet these covenants which will be having to achieve better revenue, etc., then the lenders call in the RCF and Revolution Beauty goes bust.
Southcoastbather has shares in Asos, Boohoo and Revolution Beauty with huge losses hence why he doesn't like my posts.
Don't follow Southcoastbather into any shares he is holding.
