10 years ago and more there wasn't the competition there is now online, so it's no longer a growth area.

Hence why Asos, Boohoo, Revolution Beauty and THG have all got too much debt, declining revenues, no profits, only losses, decreasing customers and are owned by their lenders.

Yes Revolution Beauty made a small profit in its last final year results, however, this was down to cost cutting only.

Looks like Peel Hunt haven't done their homework on Ingenuity.

Softbank got out of THG shares with a £450m loss when it realised Ingenuity was a load of hype.

Always do your own research and never get sucked in by hype.

Changeofpace - if you want to protect your hard earned money, then look for shares with no debt, growing revenue, growing profits, growing customers.

They're out there. It takes a lot of hard work to find them. Well worth the work when you do find them.

Autostore's share price has been going down since 2021, just like THG's share price.

Unfortunately it takes time for shareholders to catch up with the market's view of failing shares. Usually shareholders only realise how bad it is when it's too late.

The majority of THG's Ingenuity sales and revenue comes from THG itself. The rest is about £150m from companies who get Ingenuity to do bits of their businesses that they're not interested in doing themselves.

About £550m of revenue for Ingenuity comes from THG itself.

The London Stock Exchange doesn't allow the recording of buys and sells. Hence why this website has to use algorithms to guess whether or not a trade is a buy or sell. These are often wrong. I think you need to remember the shares that never turned around and went into administration. The likes of CINE whose holders all believed it would turnaround. Joules another one. And too many more.

SCb made some money on Lloyds bank and thinks all shares will turnaround. He has a lot to learn.

Read between the lines on your borrowed description and it means we need funding urgently and we want to see if anyone would be interested in subscribing to a fundraising.

Obviously nobody is interested so hence why REVB still have the revolving credit facility with the strict covenants attached to it.

Huge downside from here, revenue going down, customers decreasing, too much debt, too much competition.

Asos' revenue is forecast to decrease for fy2024 and fy2025. This is not a growing business.

Value Creation Plan sounds good however, they mostly fail.

So, don't depend on this happening at all.
