Boohoo was the only company with such a high spike in returns. They got the item wrong, whether it be dresses or whatever.

This needs to be monitored in the future to make sure Boohoo aren't still getting their items wrong for the customer.

The problem with returns for Boohoo is not the policy. The problem is they got the items wrong, i.e. the customers didn't like them when they received them and returned them. This was the problem hence the huge spike in returns.

So, going forward, as investors, returns need to be closely monitored because if there is still a high level of returns then Boohoo is still getting their items wrong, customers don't like them and are returning them.

Boohoo is the only company with such high returns and this must be carefully monitored by all investors.

One risk is that supply chain disruptions will not alleviate for a substantial period of time.

A growing number of executives foresee this supply chain disruption lasting through the entirety of 2022.

This is worsened through China's 'zero COVID' stance with any small disruption leading to knock-on effects across the world.

oules warned that revenue over the Christmas holiday and into January was lower than it had expected, though still up 31% from a year before and 19% from two years ago.

Joules said the Omicron variant of Covid-19 reduced retail footfall in January. What's more the retailer suffered from delays to new stock due to supply chain blockages. This resulted in fewer full-price sales, hurting both revenue and margin.

Wholesale revenue also was lower than expected, due to delayed stock and customer cancellations. A third-party operated distribution centre suffered lower productivity and higher-than-expected costs.

Joules said it expects footfall to recover and its stock position to improve. It said it expects at least GBP5.0 million in adjusted pretax profit for financial 2022, down from GBP6.1 million the year before.

Joules share price was down 40% early Tuesday.

Wow - I didn't know I had such incredible mystique.

I believed in Boohoo in the past and now my belief has gone.

Obviously, I'm very anxious about my investment in Boohoo.

I would think this is why Boohoo need to settle the USA Court case to prevent Mahmud Kamani from having to give evidence otherwise it could prove extremely damaging for Boohoo. Imagine the media headlines if Mahmud Kamani gave evidence.

I read somewhere that the California State Attorneys are looking into this USA court case too and may well fine Boohoo for malpractice.

One other concern for me is the USA court case which hasn't been settled as yet and is trundling along. Will it get settled? How much will it cost to settle?

Companies that build successful data lakes, gradually maturing their lake as they figure out which data and metadata are important to the organization.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and views.

No-one is all right 100% of the time and no-one is all wrong 100% of the time.

Moose won't be the first one to be stopped from posting, nor the last. No doubt, he's learnt from this.

The same with shares, we all learn from what we get right and what we get wrong and try to get better at applying these in the future.

Hence why I like to read all posts by those who believe in Boohoo and those who don't believe in Boohoo.

Personally, I like to read everyone's opinions and views and, if possible, to learn from them.

I have got things badly wrong in the past, thinking I was so right in my opinion and view of Boohoo.

No-one knows for sure what the Boohoo share price will be tomorrow or the next day.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion whether they are right or wrong..

Some are educated guesses, some go on technical analysis, charts, candlesticks, some go on fundamental analysis, some go on both, some go on what's happened to the share price in the past, some go on how well Boohoo has done in the past, etc., etc.

No-one knows for sure whether the Boohoo share price will go up or down tomorrow, the next day or whenever.

For me, the Boohoo share price will only go up and continue going up when Boohoo bring out good results again. How long that will take? I don't know. Only then will UK Institutions start buying Boohoo shares again.

We need UK institutions to buy Boohoo shares. There are too many Boohoo shares in private investors' hands and too often, they change their minds on a whim.

Someone said on here there were something like 40% of Boohoo shares in private investors' hands. That's about 550 million shares. Far too many which increases volatility for the Boohoo share price.

The Dow fluctuates from minute to minute just like every other index. Just been down nearly 500 points, then went up to about 550 points.
