The problem with Revolution Beauty is they went after stores to sell their products instead of doing online only.

Large stores worldwide like Target, etc., will stuff the likes of Revolution Beauty so REVB will get little profit out of stores. It is likely that stores may well have done sale or return with REVB which probably has left REVB with a huge stock inventory. I would think this is what's stopping the audit being released because the auditors have to count every item in stock individually which takes a long time.

My hope is that Boohoo will get to buy REVB cheap so Boohoo can make REVB online only and more importantly a disruptor online.

From what I can see on the charts for the Boohoo share price, the highest price was 419p on 19 June 2020 and never 432p.
