Looks like it suits Boohoo to have the AGM postponed.

Maybe, this means the suspension can't be lifted until after the postponed AGM.

Usually where the word propose is used, it means a vote is needed on the proposal.

It was a priority for them not to miss it.

For the REVB AGM shareholders had to attend in person today to vote to cancel and postpone the AGM.

What will the outcome be??

The REVB AGM started at 1.30pm today so it'll be interesting to hear the outcome.

Did REVB get to cancel and postpone the AGM?

Or did the AGM go ahead?

If it went ahead did the REVB Board get ousted or not?

Okehurst1 - yes I thought it was interesting the AIM Regulation response.

AIM aren't obviously happy with REVB so far, so who knows why?

My guess could be the working capital review or as you say the Directors, or maybe even concerns that REVB won't be able to publish the accounts up to 28 February 2023 by 31 August 2023.
