It's Bob Holt who has let down the small private investors by not doing his job properly.

Personally I don't think Boohoo would have gone down this road without knowing it had already got the backing it needed.

Bob Holt is obviously angry because he never foresaw this.

As CEO he should have been looking at all possible scenarios. He didn't.

Cusp means being between two states.

In the case of Revolution Beauty, it means being suspended or being lifted from suspension.

Cusp doesn't mean a certain time.

It's not down to you.

It will be down to AIM to decide.

I think it would have been relisted by now if AIM had given them the green light on working capital.

I presume the working capital review will be to determine whether they need more funding before the suspension can be lifted.

Following the publication of these results and the changes the Board have implemented to the Groups governance procedures, the Board are continuing to work with the Company's nominated adviser, Zeus Capital, to enable restoration of trading in the Company's shares in the near term.

The remaining work to be completed includes a review of working capital and finalisation of internal policy documentation.

Sounds like a review of working capital needs to be done before the suspension will be lifted.

It's the UK economic news released earlier which leads to jittery investors getting out.

Some will heave read this news earlier and responded. Some only seeing it now and responding.

How come Revolution Beauty aren't going to release the results for end of year 2023, i.e. 28 February 2023, at end of August 2023.

This means they are taking the full six months allowed to release these results.

How come they need this amount of time?

Need to read the economic news for the UK which has just been released.

These will hit UK share prices like Boohoo.

To think that shorts can somhow control thousands and thousands of shares in global markets is totally unrealistic.

Boohoo and ASOS are holding up well considering the global markets downturn and the 0.5% hike in UK interest rates yesterday.

Less than 15% of Revolution Beauty is owned by small private investors.

Shein and Temu need to pay US import duties like everyone else for a level playing field.

At last, it looks like this may happen.

American retailers, meanwhile, pay millions in import duties a year.

Clothing brand Gap paid $700 million in 2022 in duties, H&M paid $205 million and wedding retailer David’s Bridal paid over $17 million that year, according to the report.
