I would think the institutional and large investors won't be impressed with the loss for end of year 2022 at £44m and for the end of year 2023 loss likely to be £30m for Revolution Beauty.

It may well be 1 Boohoo share for 3 or maybe more Revolution Beauty shares.

Still loss making and looks like it may need a lot of work doing to turn it around.

According to the RNS out today Revolution Beauty are still making a loss of over £7m for one quarter which could mean a loss of £30m by year end.

Revolution Beauty's revenue for end of year 2022 was £184m with a loss of £44m.

Warpaint's last revenue was £64m with £6.4m net profit. Warpaint is making 10% net profit. Revolution Beauty have yet to make a profit.

I would think Boohoo will be looking at may be giving something like 1 Boohoo shares for 2 Revolution Beauty Shares.

There's no reason why Boohoo could not give Boohoo shares for Revolution Beauty shares.

This is why you should never buy shares in a company where more than 85% are owned by institutional and large investors. Small investors have no power at all with less than 15% of shares in Revolution Beauty.
