West6809 - it's not the work, it's what it costs, will it make a profit, will it get Boohoo into more debt?

These are the questions for investors. Investors want to see actual evidence of this.

Hence why there are few buyers of Boohoo shares.

Oke - Debenhams is seen as a tired brand. This will need loads of marketing spend too.

West6809 - Kardashians charge loads and it costs Boohoo to get them.

West6809 - All debt is material to any business. You don't know how much of the £325m Boohoo have used.

Investors don't buy shares with loads of debt. Hence why the Boohoo share price is at 32p.

West6809 - conversion rates are as low as 1.65%, less than 2 in a hundred. 196m followers won't all be interested in PLT.

Try to be realistic.

T4g - it's not the followers, it's the purchasers of items that matter.

T4g - they have to go big time and spend loads on marketing, if they're going to have a chance at all with the USDC.

ASOS have failed twice with USDC and Boohoo know this. Boohoo know they're going to have to spend, spend, spend to get their USDC to work.

Let's hope so for your sake and many others on here.

For me, Boohoo is not a share to invest in, until it can prove with its own figures it has turned itself around.

Plus, I think it's the wrong time to invest in online fast fashion/retail.

If you want something safer, then pedro61 has bought Jersey Oil and Gas. They went up 5% today. I looked at two research reports for Jersey Oil and Gas and they're both positive on them

Remember always do your own reading and research. You can never do enough of this.

Slacker246 - I forgot to say I start off with putting in about £10,000 so if the share price goes down 7%, then I don't lose a great deal of money. If the share price goes up, then I buy more and more until I get to my target of £150,000 for one share.

This is extremely high risk and not for everyone, hence, why I don't post on the boards of shares I've invested in.

Slacker246 - if you'd looked at my past posts you'll see why I don't post on the boards of shares I'm invested in. The shares I pick are high risk and I don't want anyone following me into them and losing money. I've only mentioned them on this board because WeeWee kept pressing me more and more for them.

I've mentioned plexus holdings on here before today and tullow and pantheon resources. I've sold tullow and pantheon and held onto plexus holdings.

I invest about £150,000 in one share. I only invest in up to 4 shares at a time so I can watch them closely. When I buy them if they go down 7% from my buying price then I sell them and move on. When I buy them and they go up and then go down 7% from their highest price, then I sell them. I don't always stick rigidly to this. I look at lots of things to determine whether or not to hold a little longer.

Level5 - I'm still holding plexus holdings, great find for me. So glad I put the time in to read, research and find it.

For me, retail fashion is not the place to be. Small cap oil companies and oil support services are much more lucrative. You must put the time in to find the right ones.

Making money takes hard work. It's easy in a bull market because nearly everything and its dog goes up. Much more difficult in a bear market.

AIM has been in a bear market for over two years. So you really have to put in the time and effort to find the little gems on AIM. More importantly, it's well worth it.

ASOS ended up slightly so there may be good news in their update tomorrow.

BrokenSmoke - my guess is that 22p is the target price for Boohoo for Moneysponge because 22p is the lowest price Boohoo ever got to back in 2015.
