Trifol has set the precedent in Ireland for contiguous land to be used for similar plant installations, hence why HUI have tagged on to them. So planning is more or less a given especially based on environmental impact assessment. Pour some concrete in the ground, get rid of plastic waste.

6 months ago a 2p rise/fall or spread was 20%. Now it is just 2%, so it is easy enough for early investors to slice a chunk of profits here, flip another stock for 10 or 20% return and pop back to reinvest here at just a 2% penalty. I've not done it myself as sod's law would be that as soon as I slice then Adam might stick up a video of 2 HWM rigs extracting coal to the massive washplant where it then gets loaded onto the train hoppers to head off to Integrity Coal and the sp spikes up 20% leaving me having to pay £1.20 to re-invest.

My guess is that if Adam doesn't post news/images up this week then we will have to wait for the insider PR Roast boyz to do their site visit early May and coordinate their onsite visuals/podcast with an RNS of current operations. Maybe even details on when/how the deep mining at the 2 contiguous sites will be done. Wonder how near Adam is to finalizing a deal for a BEN emulation site complete with plant and infrastructure.....
just don't spend all the profits on it as we want those 10p dividends for Christmas ;)

April 2021! The local Chinese run steel producers are using coke from local Chinese mines. Contango do not have a local offtake partner in Zim AFAIK. Dinson Iron and Steel Company Zimbabwe (aka DISCO) replied last month that they "are not associated with Contango and are not due to do business with them in Hwange in future". You guys really should do more research before ramping a year old article. Let's wait till the washplant and testing lab being manufactured across the border is shipped from South Africa to Zimbabwe, set up and washing the stockpile of black rocks before any assumptions of offtake partner are made, which ironically might be a South African Company with international shipping logistics. The site has plenty of coal but no cashflow. Check back in June to see if the ROM coal is being washed and sold without a CR and if the likes of MCM have paid their $15m debt to be able to pay CGO royalties to ship it overseas. If so then the sp will fly, so buy now in the 7s and stick it in a drawer till 2024. Exported coal/coke has to be paid 40% Zim$:60% US$ which will be a tough deal on a discounted coal that needs to be sent across borders.
A gold JVA would produce an initial upfront payment but will it be enough to cover the cost of those coking oven batteries? Need to do something similar to Altus Strategies & Marvel in Mali.

Lol, I only hold small few K investment here now having sifted through the rampers' BS few months ago about being cash generative in March. Selling what to whom? The washplant is still being manufactured in SA to be shipped to Zim yet ronically South Africa is the only place that will buy the washed coal, so best book a return haulage deal or just leave the washplant there and send them twice as many truck loads. Zero cashflow as I assume that 2.4m has gone now. Local offtake... probably not. Chinese own most of steel and even coal sites in Zim and are slumber party chums with Zim govt so they ain't gonna buy CGO//Lubu/Mubeshu coal no matter how you rename it. Take pump blinkers off! CGO will be great next year if they get a SA offtake partner to front up cash to finance the coking ovens in return for a sweet offtake deal. In meantime we need the washplant onsite and Gov't to relax the 40:60 Law on cross border imports/exports (40% Zim$: 60% US $) and hope the current govt stay in power? Currently agreat long term investment ora quick P&D. IMO, buy now, pop back next year, you be reet ;)

I can understand people taking profits but it shouldn't be encouraged by the Company's paid PR team. Not sure I'd want to invest in that sort of PR Company. Anyway, let's hope said insider PR Company get some great photos of the onsite operations next month and can update us on all the questions I posted here this morning. I emailed Adam last week to suggest he address those questions in the next RNS or interview and post some photos/video of the train on the BEN website or facebook. I'm a big fan of BEN but I was disappointed with the lack of news in the last RNS especially as there was no clarity if both contracted rail shipments will be met this month.

I hope this doesn't come across as being rude, but all the RNS and posts on Twitter just seem to be about the positive benefits of using Hydrogen rather than what the business is actually doing and when it is going to become cash generative. Has Poland agreed anything yet? When and where is the first Linde plant going to be built. I keep getting notifications of new Twitter posts only to find it is praising another Company for being green. I have a chunk of change invested here that is now worth less than the January IPO that the Roast PR guys sold us into as being a multi-bagger. I'm all for green climate change/anti-pollution, but as an investor I want to see the funds I invested for my son's future not only clean up the environment but also make him a profit and hopefully dividends within a few years. So approx 900Kt total @ Adam's conservative $100 margin (cost of mining is actually <50% sale price so a realistic margin is $200 but keeping it low to err on side of caution)= near enough $100m annual profit. We are already 1/3 way in to 2022 so eoy profit should be >$66m based on $100 margin or >$132m based on $200 margin. Oh and need to add the already trucked revenue of $1m each week.
I'll leave it to you guys to work out the mcap value based on profit x P/E .... has to be higher than the current £338m

The fact they chose to fill this year's ISAs with KRS implies to me that they expect KRS to become very profitable this year and want to legally avoid tax on it, albeit only £20K investment each. Only fill your ISA with stocks you think will do the best upward movement out of your portfolio. In all honesty I have a different stock in mine but am expecting KRS to do well based on increased price & demand for phosphates and manganese although we do need President Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé to give the go ahead for the latter apparently.

I reckon you may be right Cappy. I had a TP for mum to buy in at 95p last Thursday based on it being a news day and talk of slicing for LIFT, but settled for a 99p Ask on the day which is what it is now. Still think some profit taking will take place until we see photo/video/RNS of that train we've been waiting for since January. 2 rail freight shipments booked for April with only 11 days left. Better get some thermal out at same time as the metcoal to stoke that engine firebox for Casey Jones. Cue Grateful Dead song :)

BEN is the one share I have researched more than any other investment and updated my own notes on along the 6 month journey. Touched by your concern for my mum but as I have a stop loss set for just above my 36.89p average I will make sure my mum doesn't come a cropper. It is her grandson's inheritance after all ;)
The thing with BEN is we have a CEO whom has constantly suprised us by negotiating new deals that increase the acreage of coal reserves and thus the life of the Company, increased the revenue and got it sooner than what was set out in the IPO deck.
There have been delays as pointed out in our comments last week but they have been compensated by the CEO negotiating ROM offtake deals.
Adam Wilson has said "I welcome investors to come out and visit Ben's Creek to see for themselves!"
The Roast PR guys are off out next month and they too welcome investors to join them. If you have doubts about the business you are invested in then join them and reassure yourself. Take some photos and videos and be kind enough to share them on twitter or Tgm. Get one of the train hauling out 10KT of washed coal please.
Don't worry ma, if you are reading this, your investment is sound. Yes it will bounce on the way up as nothing goes up in a straight line especially when people advise to slice which to be fair is safe practise although I did it once at 42p and stuck it in 88e, whoops. Lol
