OK, hold my hands up. Had the trains been made available when we needed them then dividends could have been announced at Christmas but the trains have only just been scheduled to BEN by the rail company. Based on the proactive video interview , whilst later than we'd like, realistically it will be September 2022 that we will have 7x trains carrying 11KT HiVolB+ (mix of HiVolB from the 2x HWM rigs plus the HiVolA from the deep mine) with a very conservative margin of $115 (but if you say 200 you won't be far off at current metcoal prices). So in one month as of 09/22 the profits could be between $8.86m - $15.4m per month. Currently shipping out 3xtrains per month with just 1 HWM and a deep mine rig in operation, so June -September = about $11.4m profit. October should be a cumulative minimum $20m profit, November $29, December $38, January $47m at which point a 10p Dividend could be Announced as will have reached the £35.44m profit target to instigate them. To those whom I told we should get dividends announced by Christmas I am sorry for the 1 month delay. Blame it on the rail company. We were hedged to ship out 22KT a month by Integrity. Instead we are starting off with 33KT and ramping it up to 77KT per month. Is there a penalty for delivering above and beyond the hedged quota? Nope, didn't think so. HWM extracting coal since January; washplant fully working and capable of handling much larger quantities from other mines on a royalty basis; rail spur fully repaired and trains shipping out fully loaded with washed coal; deep mine rig in operation; 2nd HWM about to come online in next 2 months; MM independent resource report (next week iirc) expected to increase LOM. So that is the jigsaw pieces all pretty much assembled. Got all we need to know so far. All I'm missing is a BEN cap, hoodie and T-shirt, to give my soon 2 be7 yr old son, Beau, for Christmas in lieu of dividends. Can you sort that please Adam ;)

Half year report will just show costs covered by sale of ROM by road. End of year results will show profits from shipping washed by rail. Those profits will be better than originally expected as by then we will have 2 HWM on double shift plus the deep mine rig(s) adding HiVolA to the mix. Enough profits to exceed the £35.44m target at which point 10p Dividends get announced :)
The MM report is expected to state that the resources of coal in the Bens Creek acreage exceeds what was in the Admission pack thus increasing the LOM.

My bad honest, I misread your post. I thought you were implying the video of the train had been posted a few weeks ago. I realise now you were saying the loading bay (without train) was posted a few weeks ago.

Next news due is resource report and half year trading financial report and confirmation that the 2nd HWM has been assembled and commenced adding to the amount of HiVolB coal being extracted

Guessing you are flipping and looking for lower entry again bbbob? To satisfy your deramp I will go one further than what you said and correct you as the rail spur was supposed to be completed under contract by February with first train rolling out in March, yet here we are 2 months later, nearly 3. Also the washplant repairs were late but now that is up and running. However, to compensate for the contractors tardiness, the rail safety sign off and permit issue taking several weeks, the CEO negotiated with the offtake partner to buy the run of mine coal as soon as it fell off the conveyor back in January. That was taken away at slight discount to original hedged deal by truck. The washplant has processed and stockpiled more than enough to fill the current 3xtrain loads of 12KT and continues to process coal every day to stockpile for June trains. I was concerned when rail and washplant repairs were delayed but as that was through no fault of the BEN team and as Adam had got a deal to cover costs until they were sorted that concern diminished but it has held the sp from advancing. For those reasons I must admit 88p seems a fair price today and I know many with more accounting experience will say it should be higher, but I keep grounded, perhaps as I am in from the start with little to loose and have foresight to how well such a business can do providing a product in high demand. So 88p is my layman's valuation despite it being just 84.5p now. However, once the trains are filled and reach the weighbridge the sp should reflect that BEN has become a profitable Company and base it's value on how much has been sold, has much is going to be sold, the market metcoal prices, the additional mining taking place and about to take place and of course the dividends once we reach £35.4m profits (pounds not dollars so about 3 months). oh and the resources report that is expected to extend the Life Of Mine. Am I slightly concerned was your question. In all honesty, no. If the train comes Friday or if it comes Monday, I really don't care except that it will finally change the narrative on these boards.

I think I recently said that we were already deep mining so apologies if that wasn't the case. I was going by the fact we saw the Roaster's video of Kevin riding the red deep mine rig into the mountain a few weeks ago so assumed it was already extracting coal. Or maybe it was and today's RNS is just to confirm that. "Bens Creek Group plc (AIM:BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in North America supplying the steel industry, confirms that the Company has commenced underground mining for the production of High Vol A (HVA) coal. The current price (on 24 May 2022) was $468 per metric tonne."

Multiply that by 10KT per month in addition to the 70KT of $445pT HiVolB being extracted with the HWM

Meanwhile BEN continue to operate a double shift HWM extracting coal, washing it and stockpiling it ready for June shipments. It's not a big deal although many are making it out to be. I recall Adam saying that every $1 increase in metcoal market price equates to $1m extra profit each year. The price just jumped up $5. Can we buy/lease a 3rd HWM now please?

I don't know if Mega have an additional HWM available but BENS CREEK will have first dibs on leasing it.

So double shift HWM and the deep mine coal this month to be shipped out on those 3 trains. 2nd HWM repaired and put into single shift next month ramping up to double shift by August. Profits could be sued to buy a 3rd HWM to treble this month's output and profits. This must be what an amplification effect does taking advantage of high metcoal prices.

Been sat waiting for PAT's FUD to bring it back down but as we know about the trains I bi9t the bullet and topped up with £10K I got from selling my land in Bulgaria couple of weeks ago (if only UK conveyance solicitors could works as fast) and had to pay 87p. My ISA average is 38.84p now and my CMA just over 40p. My mum is 99.2p, my missus 91p, Looks like all 3 of us will be happy when that train photo gets posted on facebook ;) Next news will be Miller's resources report and then the June financials. 42.8K sells, 176.9K buys and still the sp drops. Have the Yanks stopped drinking tonic water or is this just blatant MM games again? If EISB have used cashflow to stockpile ingredients then surely things like Asian lockdowns are of little concern. So what else could be cause of the daily drop? Might have to lower my 11p average tomorrow morning as never expected to go this low.

Whilst the train is due to arrive at the Creek later today any news/photos may be released tomorrow due to the time difference. This will be another monumental day in BEN's 7 month history.

Hey Bear, am sure I can squeeze another seat in at the family table next to mum's wheelchair this Christmas if her PF does well, otherwise neither of us will get an invite. As BEN were just covering costs by sale of ROM since January then profits probably won't come in until the washed coal is shipped out by rail on Monday. That 80p-128p price range might actually be more realistic for this year ending October 2022 but don't tell mum ;) That said, £1.55 is still my target for December 2022 and the expected profits will give us 10p Christmas Dividends so long as Adam comes through with his intention to pay them once we make £35.4m profits. There is some serious dodgy market manipulation going on here. This stock is always having a falling sp despite higher volumes of buys than sells. Even this morning it has been dropped before trading.

I too prefer to use a PE of 6.
In full production BEN will do 870KT HiVolB plus 120KT HiVolA that will be mixed together. If we are working on $200 margin that will give $198m EBITDA
X P/E 6 = $1.188bn
÷ 354m shares = $3.36 sp value = £2.69

However to keep a balanced view I should admit that my calculations are based on full production which won't actually happen until August so I stick by my modest hope's for £1.55 by Christmas

..and can't sell it till it is washed. When is the washplant and testing lab due onsite from South Africa?
