Technical question on this if anyone can help, with regards to CFD's what would happen if it were to de-list?

Presume an MBO would just result in existing shareholders being offered/paid an agreed price per share?

Audit resignation letter is now up on companies house, no real detail other than "Our concerns relate to the Company's governance and to executive conduct"
Then references that the 'potential' breaches by the company and/or entity in the group and/or employees

Agree with you on this one, a difference of opinions maybe but when you hold 10% you still have the same interests at heart.

Quick question, with regards to CFD's what happens when/if the shares are suspended? I assume they're just held and not ceased?

@Run1 - I completely understand your view point, however I think these buys were purely a simple way of re-assuring the market. I'm not excusing any of the other issues (poor RNS etc.).

For me, to see this sort of growth from a heavy loss making position and from an area in 'B2B' that is largely due to come back online within the next few weeks/months as lockdown eases gives me great encouragement.
