Yeah a little under the radar one, yeah I’m hoping that’s an indication he’s achieved what was needed from his forced appointment before and they’ve recruited a few NEDs during as well.
Could this mean AIM are happy now as well… maybe more the optimist in me! I’m assuming they’ll update accordingly during the meeting next week

RNS last thing yesterday, would one assume he’s now happy with the ship? Guess there’s many reasons as to why he’d stand down

Morning all, some nice sustainability news, regarding the re-listing, is it in a companies gift to decide when? or once conditions are met this is taken out of their hands? assume some of you will have experience in this situation, much appreciated.

Hi Ports, I think the point was that as it's a known declining market, they have invested in Freight/Express to make up the short fall each year as well as growing as a whole.

In relation to the RNS's, I think it's much welcomed news and hopefully the dividend keeps the whales interested.

Would be nice to know what final hurdles/steps are needed to release the suspension

This particular topic (share options) should give us further confidence in the current performance.

As per everyone's opinion, the RNS is extremely weak

It's a start anyway and a lot with depend on what's been handed over from the previous audit and of course the resource being deployed.

Given the timing of them leaving, you'd have thought the audit was complete bar the CG issue.

Hi Run1, the shares will still be held in the ISA @ AJ Bell, they will just be traded OTC which will mean you'll have to find a buyer etc. but you still always hold the shares at AJ Bell.
